I went to the Blossom Park branch to correct an error made by the bank. This was my second time visiting the branch for this issue and the fourth time interacting with TD regarding the same issue. The teller who was assisting me asked the Customer Experience Manager (Ghenwa) on duty for help. From the manager's initial comments, it was evident she was not interested in helping me resolve the issue. She would not allow me to explain the history of the situation and instead interrupted me to ask a question that had she taken a few seconds to review the change form that was handed to her, she would have realized it contained the information she sought. I tried multiple times to explain the situation but she was not interested in listening, understanding or assisting, her main goal was to hand me off to someone else. She was not actively listening, demonstrated no emotional intelligence or attention to detail, interrupted me several times and was dismissive. Our interaction ended when I asked to speak to another representative.The interaction with Ghenwa, left me questioning the hiring and training practices at TD. As a Customer Experience Manager, she sets an example for her subordinates. Some of her direct reports witnessed her behaviour and will now think such conduct is permissible. Her behaviour was completely unacceptable and management should consider changing her to another role as she demonstrated no qualifications for customer service or leadership.The branch manager (Anjan) apologized several times for my experience, helped to correct the issue and provided his card for any future challenges. After my discussion with the branch manager, another associate from the customer service/teller services team assisted me with a secondary account related issue. It is important to note, in my previous visit to the branch on June 30th, the Customer Experience Manager, who was on duty that day, was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I can't remember her name.Personally I will try to avoid using this branch and in the upcoming months, look into moving my account to another financial institution.If you live in the Findlay Creek area and are a TD client, consider switching to one of the other banks closer to the area; CIBC, Scotiabank and RBC are all within the core neighbourhood. If you choose to remain with TD, try to avoid utilizing the internal services of this branch if you can or perhaps use the branch at Bank & Hunt Club.This interaction demonstrated the importance of hiring experienced professionals for leadership roles. In the end, as customers, if a company does not treat you appropriately, find one that will.

Banking with TD has really gone down hill at Blossom Park Branch. Banking is based on good customer service +. Not at this branch, customer service is extremely inferior.

This is only for this Branch. This does not reflect TD as a whole.If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst branch I have ever dealt with. Staff had no clue how to help. Manager said they will fix it. I had to return many times. Only to find out they all had no clue how my request worked.Vert rude manager. Who was quick to toss you aside. I've been with TD for many many years. I'm sad to say now. I've moved my car loan to another bank. Soon I'll be moving over everything else and closing all my TD accounts.Pretty bad when you tell the manager you are going to close your accounts over the bad service. And you get a reply Please do and have a nice day".This used to be a great bank but has progressively got worse each year. Avoid this branch at all cost."

Worst branch and having business with them. They ordered credit card for the application. Since, I am new here and stayed close to this branch and moved in the city later on. So, long story short you try to go to any other branch and inquire about your application and why you never receive your card only to be told to call online help or visit the same branch where you requested the card and you go there only to find them saying to call on their online help number. The credit card and its importance is immense for new comers and they make sure that you remember them!! Felt like a trap when you first walk-in to their branch to do business.

Wow. If zero stars was possible id give the zero. For starters, the waiting time just to talk to a teller was about 20 minutes. The manager was sitting down, the staff was slow, and above all they didnt get what i needed done.Ive been banking with TD for 15 years and i must say the in person service has gone down tremendously. Staff needs to be trained better, no sense of urgency even with a 10 person line up. And their policies" make absolute no sense. Do your self a favour and either go to a different branch
