Pacific Heights Services Inc

They came to do exterior window cleaning in Spectrum buildings and I am living in there. They skipped my side of the building and didn't clean the window and assume they did. Even though we sent photos to the management company, they didn't do nothing about it.

We are proud of our strong work relationships with many excellent service providers. Among them is Pacific Heights Services Inc. I know Jeff personally and recently they even took part in one of our Associa BC client appreciation events. The team of Pacific Heights truly cares about our clients and I appreciate everything they do!

Terrible service and communication. They recently serviced the dryers of the building I live in and it was simply a horrible experience. Interacting with their rep was painfully difficult, to say the least. Attitude is rude and unprofessional. There seems to be an anger management issue... yelling at the customer is probably not the best way of doing business... Would not recommend.

Hired PHS through Martello and their work was subpar. A 180 unit high rise and they left ladders on people's balconies, went way over schedule, skipped a quarter of the building and when we asked about the missed work, they refused with a lame excuse. This company is unprofessional and disorganized. Satisfaction is definitely not guaranteed.

Wish I could give less than 1 star!!Talk about unprofessional. The man in charge Jeff has major anger issues. If your job isn't satisfactory don't waste your time telling them as you'll get an earful about how you are in the wrong, even when your windows are left untouched they will deny and try to push blame. Honestly astounded that this is a running business, maybe not for much longer.Comments he made about my accent could be considered racist in today's world.AVOID!!
