pre purchase service inquiries have suggested that they have a highly respectable method of protecting their existing customers by not addingcustomers that would degrade existing bandwidth for their existingcustomers. I was personally told by their staff that they didn't add newcustomers just to have more subscribers, damn the quality of their content.I felt their position to be taking the high road.

Cool people but ARCHAIC-ly slow service for way to high of prices. Other internet providers don't even offer a speed as slow as Nikolas fastest. It's hard to do anything on even one device. Prices are high.

My wife and I have been heavy-use customers with Nikola since 2007. They have consistently provided quality customer service with 99.9%+ connectivity. When there is an issue, they respond quickly when outages occur or other issues arise. They have also been available to address a variety of computer repair issues, including recovering lost data and replacing hard drives. It has been reassuring that they have on-call service to address connection issues at odd times, including holidays.

Nikola was my internet provider for over a year. I recently moved, but wanted to write a review because they were a great company to work with. A reasonable price for what they provide, and really good customer service, including a well made online customer portal.

I've been a customer for 4 years. I work online full-time from a home office, and we also stream TV. Choosing Nikola over the competition was a great decision. Excellent customer service, especially during their rare and brief outages. Pricing is competitive, but customer service and integrity is what puts them over the top.

While not the best quality as we do experience occasional drops of the internet, in an area where the only alternative is Hughes and 1-5 Mbps DSL this has been incredible. Coats are high for 30 Mbps but not much of any other option.

I am a recent widow with NO internet troubleshooting experience. Damian and Ron were very understanding, kind and provided excellent service for a problem that I initially created. Not only that, but they came out the same day I called, on two different occasions. This kind of customer service is rare to nonexistent these days and I am extremely grateful to have them as providers of my broadband.
