Walked in, said I want a vacation for a week. Andrea was very helpful and I wouldn't have booked anything with Sunwing but it was 99.8% glitch free and would think about booking through her again. 2 days later on the flight.

KIM JOHNSON IS THE BEST!!!!Today we had to call Sell off again , we dealt with a very rude agent by the name is Anna, she constantly kept telling us she couldnt help us and when we asked what do we do then ? she would reply why are you being so rude to me talking not nice to me!!!! After about 10 mins of us being accused of being rude she then reached out to a manager in Saskatoon by the name of Kim Johnson. I have to say that Kim has been the ONLY AGENT AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS that has been nice to us , treated us with respect, actually helped us with the issues we been having with Sell Off and it was a pleasure to finally after weeks of dealing with sell off to be treated with respect and kindness. I wish all agents were like KIm. THANK YOU KIM JOHNSON FOR MAKING OUR UPCOMING VACATION LESS STRESSFUL!!!!!

Andrea is the smoothest and sweetest person I could’ve had for planning my first vacation. I was very stressed out and overwhelmed with everything and she took every ounce of stress off of me. She helped all of my many little questions, and definitely made me want to only go to you guys and Andrea for any future vacations.If you see this as well, Thank you Thank you Thank youuuuu!!!!!!

Andrea Lubana is a bubbly and helpful agent. She is a pleasure to work with. We had a small hiccup during our vacation and Andrea was incredibly responsive and quick to respond to our email solving our problem. I cannot recommend Andrea enough. A truly fantastic experience!

This place is amazing!! We live in Ontario and I wouldn't deal with any other company.I have dealt with Amanda and Joanna they both have gone over and above to ensure my family was taken care of and they answered every time we had a question or concern.I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking at a vacation ,they are truly the experts and they are nice and very knowledgeable.

We booked with Amanda. Our Sunwing flight was cancelled out of Saskatoon so Amanda helped transfer our booking through Calgary. Our flight out of Calgary was cancelled due to cartel issues in Mexico. Amanda once again stepped up and assisted us in rebooking to a different destination while we were sitting at the Calgary airport. If it wasn't for her, we probably wouldn't have had our winter vacation. Amanda was also very understanding with my stress and anxiety with scrambling to get everything sorted out. Highly recommended. Thank you Amanda for your hard work.

Our family vacation was cancelled due to the recent issues with Sunwing. When I attended to Sell Of Vacations in Saskatoon, our travel agent Andrea was there and ready to help. Understandably, there were many of us there hoping to salvage our vacation plans. Andrea was amazing. Her ability to multitask, especially under these circumstances, was exceptional and she saved our vacation while also saving us some money. We have come to believe that although booking online is convenient, it is sure nice to have a booking agent who is working for you when circumstances like this arise. Thank you Andrea!

I'm actually in Ontario, but for some reason my call ended up in Saskatoon with Amanda Moshenko. My lucky day! Amanda was so warm and friendly as well as very knowledgeable and efficient. She patiently answered all my questions even though I know she was having a busy day. Since the 4 of us who were travelling together live in different cities, Amanda offered to call the others to get their information. We were all booked at a great price within a couple of hours. Awesome customer service from Amanda!! I will definitely call her again for future travel arrangements.
