Large, spacious store but the low rating is for the poor customer service. An associate by the name of Judy clearly needs a refresher on how to display proper customer service. The entire time I was in the store she proceeded to watch my every move like I was a thief. Not cool at all. I will say though another associate (didn’t catch his name) was super helpful in finding me a size and price of an item. No issue.

Very disappointed. I had to return clothing purchased for my mom that fit her too large, and L.L.Bean charged me for the shipping ($14). Other major companies do not do this.

A fairly large store featuring outdoor type clothing and accessories. Can be pricey but is definitely quality. Store has lots of small areas within to shop for various items. Look for sales. Store is clean and bright and well merchandised. Staff were available when I was there but not intrusive of your shopping experience.

Very large well arranged shop. Signage is high and visible to distinguish sections. We did pick a piece to purchase and it was mislabelled and therefore rang up for a much higher price. That's unfortunate! Though no staff offered service on the floor, the person who cashed us out was kind and helpful.

Very pleasant experience shopping in store today. Bruno helped me find a jacket in my size, and I even found a bag to match my jacket. 10/10 would recommend.

Large, new, spacious store. Finally a location in Toronto ! Always wanted to visit the Oakville location but never had the chance since it was a little further away. Products are nicely spaced apart and staff were friendly.

I’ve been to this store at least three times now and every time I go, none of the associates greet me or even offer help. A bit surprising considering there is very few to no customers in the store. All the associates seem to gather at the front of store to chat with one another. One of my visits, I was actually thinking of buying some travel gear but the lack of customer service really turned me off so I decided to leave. Such a shame.

This is a new store (opened October 2020) offering the entire lineup of LL Bean stores as in the USA.There is great variety of Children, women and men's wear, shoes, booths, accessories. At present, they also have equipment for snow activity.They do not offer any sale items nor any special discount that 9ne can get when ordering the same items through their catalog.

Very disappointed and will NOT be back!! From the moment we walked into the store to the time we left we were followed by 2 staff as if we were going to steal. Apparently we don't fit the demographic for this store. We will gladly spend our money elsewhere!
