We really were so fortunate in choosing this company for our concrete repair. I had read wonderful reviews of Konimax Restoration and Aki explained what would be involved, the cost and why his methods would be long lasting. He began the work immediately, working long hours and keeping the site spotless at the end of each working day. He came through with amazing results and his workmanship is superior. He even saved all my roses which were next to the project and cared for them during the whole process!

Excellent communication, highly knowledgeable, and able to adapt to the changing scope of our building's needs. Our concrete balconies were cracked and crumbling, but Konimax repaired and re-sealed them and now they look like new. Work was done on time and at very reasonable cost, and they were even able to take on a few additional repairs to the building while they had all of their equipment on site. I am very happy to have worked with them, and I will definitely consider working with them again in the future.

Konimaks staff were extremely professional, friendly, and most certainly experts in their field. They conducted caulking around my garage floor and added an epoxy coating. My garage floor looks clean and new! They were punctual, did a thorough inspection of the site, and provided a detailed plan and explanation on what work needs to be conducted. The price was reasonable and the job was completed within the agreed timeframe. I highly recommend Konimaks!

Konimax caulking was recently engaged to get some caulking done around the house.They also did some cementing work at worn out areas too and I find their work to be very good. They are definitely not cheap but they are well versed in what they do and I believe this is a superior quality workmanship in comparison to most other operators! I will be updating this review with comments on long term observations in the long run for anyone looking for the same as, Konimax provides a warranty period of abt 10 years too!!!

I contacted three other companies to complete caulking around my windows. Konimax was the only company to reply and come to my home to provide an estimate. The visit was followed up with a comprehensive written estimate. The work was scheduled on time and was professionally completed with care and attention to detail. Aki and his team were professional, quick and clearly experts.Aki performed a thorough walk through and let us know exactly what work he would be doing. He was able to finish all our exterior doors and windows quickly and the caulking looks amazing. He even including things like electrical sockets and AC hose into the house that weren't listed on the quote. After the work was completed, Aki again took us on a walk through to ensure everything was to our standards. We could immediately tell the difference inside our house.I highly recommend Konimax Restoration for anyone looking to replace their residential caulking.

Konimax has been given an opportunity to work on 4 different projects for Al Premium at Toronto and GTA selected Walmart stores. They have done a great job with their assigned projects, completed the work professionally and on time. Aki and his staff are professional, on time and experts in many fields of interior or exterior work. Ali’s team is also great to work with and we will continue to use them in all projects coming up in Walmart stores.
