I called upon CS Computers once again, I had a new hard drive installed January 2023, in June 2023 I started having problems getting kicked off internet, I went through the process many times with Spectrum to fix it & still getting kicked off. I called Spectrum again & this time was told to back up my computer to factory new settings all that dud was totally screw up my computer where I couldn't get online at all. So I called CS Computers & talked with Curt
