Here is my whole experience I booked an appointment for a remote starter install. On the day of the appointment, I wanted to let them take a look at something in the engine bay before they started. But after pulling my car in the garage, they just forgot about what I asked right away. So I let them be and trusted that they know what they are doing. After my car was done, I drove back home still trusting everything was alright. I started testing the features of my newly installed remote starter, door lock/unlock and remote start/stop works as expected. However, I tried the Panic Alarm Function it doesn't work, no siren, no horn noise at all, but the remote beeps that's it. (Simulating my car being stolen and the glass being smashed to get in) The door lock and door opened by hand with the windows down while the car is locked doesn't sound an alarm. The old key fob remote still works, and the old keyless OEM system is still in the car which I have no more use for. I also noticed the Dash Lights are gone and are not lighting up after the installation (Tachometer and A/C Controls) so I can't see my speed or A/C controls at night. Also, my Cruise Control attachment/switch was loose or out of place, maybe it was hit and broke or they weren't able to put it back properly. I thought I was getting an upgrade for my car, but now I am more stressed out from the problems that came after with the install. That is my full experience and review, Thank You.
