I brought my quaker parrot to Creditview Animal and Bird hospital, and I wanted to say how happy I am that I found this place. I am surprised how much time the doctor dedicated to my parrot on the consultation and he made sure I understood what was happening and also what to do from now on. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable also. I am definitely coming back.

The vet and the staff here are compassionate and listen. I first met the. Because I gave my cat over the counter tick medication and she took a reaction. They took me right away and settled my fears of what I did. They are friendly and engage with the animals would recommend them over anyone. We’ve had animals forever and know this is our forever vet now.

I never ever write reviews so this says a lot. This was my first time being to an exotic vet and may i just say it was an amazing experience. I have a hard time trusting vets but John and Dr. Saldanha were very welcoming. It made me feel very calm when my hamster was getting checked out. The doctor was honest and very nice. He listened to my questions, made me feel heard and that made me trust him. Amazing service.

We have enjoyed every visit at Creditview Animal Hospital, I love the care and attention they offered to the pets/owners.The staff is very polite and caring.The veterinarian is amazing.We own a budgie (bird), who has been going to see the vet for the pass 9 years, she is now 10 years old.She just had her check up last week.I highly recommend a visit.From: snow/snowy 05/02/2021.

This vet told me my pet was going to die and gave us cremation options in the same visit. Straight up a joke.... Took my bird to Links Road Exotics in Toronto and they've helped him lose weight and proved saldhanas diagnosis wrong. Can't believe my family went through emotional turmoil because of this guy. DO NOT USE THIS VET.

Definitely recommend shopping around .. there’s cheaper (safe and great service) options in the area .. I was actually a bit shocked.. the cost of a neutering/ vaccines is obviously a money grab, I guess I’ll be commuting to our normal clinic :/
