Ol' Boys Eatery

Awesome surprise to find this food truck on Google maps. We had their Haliwood sandwich with donair meat (first for us) and the onion rings... Oh so good! (Great customer interaction as well!). If we were staying longer, we'd find an excuse to come back!

Great choices of stuff to eat. We got a grilled cheese lobster sando and a maple hot chicken sandwich. It was good and just what the doctor ordered. We closed the place down so they gave us some extra fries that they weren't going to sell anyway. My dog loved them, but there was too much for the rest of us! Nice ol' boys here.

Hands down the best burger and nachos we ever had. You have to try this place.

When I say this the best food I’ve ever had, I mean it. My partner & I stopped by one evening to see what it was like as we live close by. He got the ol’ classic, I got the buffalo maple chicken burger & we shared a poutine. It was the best poutine I have ever had in my life. The fries were seasoned perfectly, the gravy was delicious, they were generous with cheese curds. The portion size is also worth noting, we shared this poutine & it was more than enough for the two of us! it was a10/10. The ol classic was a homemade beef patty with all the perfect toppings & it was seriously the best burger & their homemade sauce was incredible. The buffalo maple chicken burger, first the aroma coming from the burger got us both excited, it smelled INCREDIBLE! It was the best chicken burger I’ve ever had, it was cooked perfectly, the maple buffalo combination was incredible, all of the toppings & sauce complimented everything else. It all was literally to die for! Mary helped us & made recommendations, she was absolutely lovely! We had a great conversation with her & she was incredibly helpful!! This food truck is better than any other food truck or restaurant in this province. Highly recommend, there is no other foot truck or restaurant even comparable to the amazing quality & flavour Ol Boys serves!

Best Buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had! Stopping over in PEI on our move to NS - found them on instagram after they liked one of my pictures. We were out for a day trip and just happened to be driving by as I told my husband we need to try this place. Best pit stop of the whole trip, a true PEI experience. Highly recommend them - Friendly service, great food - If you like Richards’s you will love these guys.

This is an absolute MUST stop. We’re from the states and didn’t know what was good in the area, and were blown away with how good the food was. First of all the service was outstanding, super friendly staff and gave us some great fishing recommendations. Second, we got the Haliwood Burger and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The quality of the bread, cheese, and level of seasoning was unreal. I would drive back from Boston just to eat that again. 10/10
