Probably my most pleasant dental appointment ever. Mind you, it was just a consultation. The X-ray and CT scan were very quick. Everyone is efficient, accommodating and very pleasant. Definitely a solid 5 stars.

Very nice office, spectacular views of Downtown. Staff are friendly.Dr Birdi, no doubt a seasoned professional, talks a bit too fast. For a fist-time patient like myself, a slower explanation of what needs to be done would have inspired more confidence. The initial consultation fee ($220) is high relative to other clinics. What took me by surprise however, was the fact that I wasn't given a copy of CBCT scan when I asked for it. The clinic owned it, I was told. What, for this kind of money I can't be given copy of a scan? Bizarre!
