Service 0.they don't know what they doing on Service Department. No knowledge about repairing a motorhome! After 4 months my motorhome was there to repair under warranty, changing lots of unnecessary parts and still same problems.No comunication skills, no respect for customer, no follow-up and ....The rig was there a week for alignment and getting charge but getting worse. More details will coming soon .I am mechanic myself and do do have garage, the service we provide to the customer is much much higher than this ford repair shop.

They sell the car with a life time free oil change promotion but then without notice, they changed the policy and no more free oil change. And service is always slow. I will probably not buying cars from there anymore.

Only open till 6pm on weekdays (vs other locations open later) and on weekends they don’t let you make appointments for oil changes so you have to drop your car off as early possible in the morning, go home and wait HOURS for them to call you… so ridiculous. Customer service is also terrible. Go to the Pine Ford location in Woodbridge instead - you can make appointments there.

The guys in this service department are trained to empty people's pockets. Every time you visit, they put a list in front of you that you have to complete and get money. Never trust here and leave your car for service here after getting a quote from other places. They don't even carry out the service that they have to do according to the warranty

The fixed operations manager, Mark Silverman, was the person I spoke to regarding a concern I had and a service I did not want to get done at the time. He agreed to make an exception for my request however, he was completely unprofessional and had a rude tone for a manger to be speaking to a loyal client to the business. He commented on how I don’t want to pay for a cheap service, and I don’t take care of my vehicle. For a manager to pass blunt judgments on how I choose to take care of my own vehicle and imply things like I don’t know how to take care of my car and I’m cheap for refusing the service at that time is completely inappropriate and out of line. Regardless of when I wish to get a service done and pay for it, he was not in a position to have an opinion on the matter or imply such things with inappropriate comments.

I will absolutely NEVER walk into this business again and will never recommend them to ANYONE. Stay far away. I brought my truck in for service in early November as my engine light came on. I spent $400 and was told it's now all good". Less than 48 hours later

Long story short: The diagnostic provided was wrong. Just paid 2.5 more (comparing the estimate I signed) for the wrong diagnostics and being ignored. Avoid this place at any costs or your pocket will be empty and you'll receive 0 result.I was told that for diagnostics will cost me 165$. It was not approximate estimate, I signed the papers with that fixed amount.They didn't met their estimate timeframe, so I just spend the whole day there for nothing. Next day I was told via phone that the new estimate will be 2 times more (still just the diagnostic, no any additional services were requested) and when I arrived to pickup my car the told me another total of 400$ after taxes,because they added a charge for PARTS (We are still talking about diagnostic) without even letting me know. They raised the final price TWICE without any signatures. They even wrote a diagnostics result not completely and with SPELLING mistakes in parts description, what professionalism are we talking about?Worst experience I've ever had.UPD.. The diagnostics they did was wrong! And their instructions with typos didn't even closely solve my problem. I emailed that issue to service advisor, but got 0 follow ups from him regarding the work which I was charged 2 times more but not even appropriately done.

Not impressed with the honouring of the original terms of the contract that was agreed upon when I purchased the car. Never had a problem for many years and other times the car has been serviced. This last experience maybe my last time dealing with Yonge Steeles on any level.
