Worst car rental experience.They gave me a brand new car and the plate expired during the rental term. They called me to come in and get the sticker for the car. I was 350km away from the rental place.One of the tires blew up because of a manufacture issue (as per a tire expert adviser). As you can see in the pictures attached, the tire blew up right where a manufacture line was printed and no cuts can be seen past the main layer (if a knife or blade was used to make this cut, it would have gone right through the inside rubber too). And you can clearly see that no physical damage was caused to the rim neither. The tire blew up on its own while in a parking lot.The company charged my credit card $160 separate from my rental price, without letting me know of the charge or showing me a bill, or anything similar to it.I do not recommend this company at all. Enterprise is down the street and the customer service is 100% better than this place.Don’t waste your time.Update: After doing a chargeback with my credit card provider, the rental company could not provide enough proof (45 business days) so I won the case and the money was refunded back to my account.

Rented a car for a day, our experience was wonderful! Roy was fantastic, he made the process super easy and he was very personable - he went above and beyond for us. 10/10, 5 stars!

Was in town last minute for a family emergency. Needed a rental vehicle late in the afternoon. Called around and other companies told me they didn’t have any vehicles. I called Roy at Avis/Budget and he was able to help right away! He even came back to the store AFTER hours to allow me a rental vehicle. Plus it was even a cheaper rate then these other companies! I appreciate Roy going out of his way to ensure I had a vehicle to get around and allowed me to drop it off in a different town on my own time. Roy was super friendly and accommodating I will definitely keep Avis/Budget in mind for future vehicle rentals. Thank you for brightening up my day during some hard times.

I had the best experience with Roy. He was so good to talk to and he does above expectation. Went to drop off my rental after work hour. He was driving by and saw me, made a u turn to help me. He does more than expected to help.Glad I was able to meet him.

Went in to pick up my vehicle, three team members on, was not acknowledged for over 10 minutes, not even I will be right with you. The day before I did speak with I presume was a supervisor, and he was extremely helpful above and beyond. A total change to the day. Customer service it's not up to par.

The worst experience ever! The owner/manager doesn't know how to treat customers, and he was extremely rude. He really needs to learn proper manners and be kind instead of being rude and impolite, especially when it's the first time my family and I rented a car.You can also see how differently he treats non-locals vs locals. First and last time!.

Roy! my man. He and another colleague were working after hours on Christmas Eve. I got lucky to rent a swanky GMC Terrain AWD for my trip back to Ottawa during the storm. Roy was quick to attend to me, and also answered my call when totally busy. Good man.
