Very good service and you will not wait 20 minutes like in other stores to find a service person. Very friendly and helpful personnel.It is a bit more expensive here and less assortment because the floor space is limited, but this location is my first choice for hardware store because of an excellent service. Thank you.

Not the biggest, but it's certainly worth the visit. Easy parking, and I found the two items I was looking for quickly. No line up at the checkouts, so I was on my way.

Moved out of Lachine 5 years ago but go back for all of my paint and reno needs. Can't beat the amazing help and service that you can't get at large hardware stores. Alain will always be my paint guy - no matter how far away I move.

Their google profile needs to be updated. Their employees are not wearing masks, and while I was told on the phone that curbside pick-up would be available, I was forced to go inside because nobody answered the phone, and then found that nobody knew where my order was, and I would have to wait inside the store twice (once at service, once at the cash), despite the employee on the phone telling me they'd bring out an interac terminal. This obviously negates the purpose of a curbside pick-up.And, just to add insult to injury, one of the employees coughed directly on my shoulder while I was waiting at the service desk. No mask, and no attempt to cover his mouth, and less than a foot away. Thanks Rona, great shopping experience, I'll be going to Home Depot from now on.

Asked for assistance for a new spout on my kitchen sink, was told I didn’t need to keep the part I had brought in and that the one recommended was universal. Neither were true. The lineup at the cash was short but took at long time. The part not only required pieces from my old part -which I was glad I followed my instincts and keep- but was not universal and did not fit on my tap. I had my receipt so tried to return it at another Rona- but the bigger Rona’s don’t carry that brand so I wasn’t even able to do that. Personally I won’t return to this store but I’m giving it 3 stars for its location for the locals living in the area to have a place to go on foot
