I went for removal of gel nailsPathetic service,She kind of ripped my nails off- so painful, didn’t applied anything to soften then, just ripped them off from may nails- and almost cut down skin off..DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALLSO POOR SRVICE .Even not 1 Star

I went in to get acrylic removed and get a new set of acrylic nails with a basic French tip. Staff didn’t listen and did it on my natural nails even I told her when she started that I want acrylic nails done since my natural nails will break and the lady didn’t listen and went ahead and did it on my natural nails. Now I e got 2 broken and chipped nails and when I. Allied her to make an appointment to get it fixed she said she’s busy.DO NOT GO HERE! Save the hassle

Zero service. The lady working in the shorts today, poorest service. I think she is the owner. Uneducated lady. I didn't understand her english. She was kind of refused she was like i can't do the design. Shut down your service and sit home. She wasted my 30 mins. .

The worst nail salon ever. The owner did my fake nails. When she was doing my nail I realized that she messed up on one of nails. The fake nail was going sideways. I told her that 3 times but she never fix it. she threw glue at me and said put the nail on yourself. she started being so aggressive towards me for no reason just because i told her to fix my nail it was going sideways she blamed my finger saying your finger is going sideways. i've never experienced this type of problem. i've been getting my nails done for a year not once someone said my finger is sideways. Owner doesn't know how to talk to customers she is rude. WORST SALON EVER!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Absolutely terrible. I sat down on a chair which I’ve used in the past and she told me to get up because ‘you too big’ and when I said I’ve used it before she proceeded to say it louder and 2 other co workers came over and asked me to move. And put my sister in the chair instead. She continued to say I have big legs that’s why. Disheartening. I was going for a pedicure to release stress and am going home with more stress and insecurities.

God…. Let’s discuss these guys. So I called to make an appointment for “gel” nails. I had a gel nails set already. I wanted a refill. A lady books an appointment. Then I go there and asked her to redo my same nails and just add the one that was broken. But she insisted I shouldn’t get a new set. I already had a new set just my last nails. Anyways? I agreed hoping it might be easier for them to give me a new nail set. So she removed my gel nails and then she started to apply powder. I said I asked for gel nails. She said power is better and on top she will give me gel nails. At this point I literally had no Patience. There was no air conditioning and it was a hot day.So I was tricked into getting power nails.It is very disappointing. Specially when you have been getting nails done forever.Then comes the filing the nails.All I can say? I was not able to feel my tips after the service.Ladies save you fingers! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

Susan is the best nail artists she take care of my feet and nails .she is very patient and hardworking girl I would definitely recommend her .

Omg I finally found a good nail salon in Surrey! I usually get my nails done all the way in Yaletown. Michelle did a wonderful job with my gel manicure! She was meticulous and knows what shes doing. Shes so kind and welcoming when I came to the store as a walk-in. I highly recommend this place. Clean and friendly staff! Affordable price too! Will definitely go back.

Feels like they never shaped nails before. Very poor service.
