I have gone to STRATERA a few times now and each RMT I’ve been to has been amazing. All very professional and each one made my experience comfortable. My last massage was with the newest addition to their team, Cassandra. She was excellent. I will definitely be going back soon.

This was my first acupuncture appointment I’ve ever had. When struggling with health issues it helps to feel as though the team behind you supports you and is eager to assist you on your journey. Josh Ruddock has done absolutely that. He asked all the questions, listened intently, and exuded excitement to help me and mine. I look forward to future appointments. Regardless if acupuncture helps with what I’m looking for, this experience has already helped.

As someone who has multifaceted health issues including a current recovery from a major spine surgery, it’s important I have good health practitioners in my corner. I absolutely love coming to see Stephanie. Most visits I come very tight and tense, but I always end up leaving feeling amazing. Very calm, loose, and re-energized. I love coming to an RMT that does hot stones because what a difference it makes to my muscles.I am so happy that I found Stephanie, and HUGE bonus points...She's open on weekends.

Saw Josh today for the first time. He was awesome! Did a thorough intake and treatment plan. Very knowledgeable and explained as he carried out procedures. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
