My husband and I live in Seattle but are from Wisconsin and would need help planning our wedding from afar to be in Wisconsin for our families.Kirstie, as anyone who has ever met her knows, is an absolute gem. We clicked quickly and she intimately knew the aesthetic styles I was looking for in my wedding. Weddings are so personal and reflect the couple they celebrate, and I had the same anxieties anyone feels when thinking about wedding planning: how do I bring my visions & desires to life? What is realistic, what is new, what is traditional? Kirstie understood this and handled it all with the amazing Elevate team, quickly assembling a vendor team to bring my dreams to life.When it came time to ideate the venue space, Mallory put together the most personal, most gorgeous designs. It was surreal watching all of our long-planned details come together into the most spectacularly elegant room I’d ever seen. Our family and guests were so thrilled, and it is a day we will cherish forever and will happily relive again and again.It’s hard to put into words how much the Elevate team means to me and describe how utterly perfectly they coordinated & executed our wedding. I owe one of the very best, most memorable days of my life to Elevate Events. I feel so grateful and lucky that each step was crafted and designed with their expertise. Hiring Elevate Events was one of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding. The Elevate team is so passionate about event planning and have such an eye for design. April was our lead planner and she was so organized, detail oriented, and responsive from our first planning meeting to the end of our wedding reception. She worked with all of our vendors and made the last few weeks as stress-free as possible. I knew I could rely on her the day of the wedding and soak in the day as the bride. The day of my wedding happened to have the biggest snowstorm of the winter in Madison and roads weren't plowed in the morning. Somehow, everything still turned out perfect and April and her team were on their A-game the whole day. April and team turned my wedding dreams into a reality and completely nailed the vision I was hoping. I highly, highly recommend Elevate Events for any wedding or event!

Kirstie and her team at Elevate Events are serious professionals. During one of our first meetings, her team had put together a presentation of potential venues, and from that point on, I knew we were in great hands.While my wife and I had an idea of the aesthetic we were shooting for, we didn't always have a good sense of how everything fit together, nor did we always have strong opinions on things like tablecloths (or maybe that was just me). Kirstie took our sensibilities into account and developed a sharper and more cohesive vision for how our wedding should look and feel. She helped assemble a truly excellent roster of vendors, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to execute on the vision for our wedding. And through dozens of meetings, phone calls, and visits, we knew that Kirstie and her team had our backs at every step of the planning and execution process.In the end, our wedding was a truly authentic expression of our personalities. My wife and I wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day, and Kirstie and Elevate Events are a huge part of that.

Elevate Events was truly my “dream team”. I had a very clear vision of my wedding day, and I personally wanted to be involved in a handful of the planning so I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted and needed out of a planner at the very beginning of my wedding planning journey. I did know I wanted someone to work WITH me, keep me organized and sane, and really “takeover” that final month so my stress on the wedding day was nonexistent. I couldn’t be more thankful I found Elevate Events, and Kirstie! Not only did I find the perfect team in them, but I also gained a friend in Kirstie! Her team was so professional and enjoyable to work with every step of the way. I was so excited for every call and meeting with them, and I wouldn’t have been so stress-free and confident on the wedding day without them. Brides, trust me when I say you NEED a planner. Whether you opt for full service, help with design, or just month of…it’s a necessity and I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect match for me than their team! Mallory and Kirstie designed and coordinated our entire wedding day and it was definitely one of the best things we decided to spend money on! During our original design meeting, we came with very few ideas of what we were looking for, but at the end of an hour or two, they had totally figured us out! A couple days later, they sent a proposal of the design for our day, incorporating all of our ideas seamlessly, and it was everything we could have hoped for.Mallory actually did all of our floral arrangements as well, so we were really excited to have her involved in that part of the day and she did an amazing job of achieving the look we were going for (it helped that she created that look :)).Kirstie was a life-saver in keeping us on track in terms of sending out save the dates and invitations on time and making decisions on vendors. She did a great job of calming our nerves, answering our silly questions, and keeping everything organized.Leading up to the big day, they took charge of coordinating all of the vendors and told us not to worry about a thing. The day of went so smoothly - I wasn't the least bit stressed about the logistics of the day and we both had the time of our lives! I can't imagine doing this without them - I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with the Elevate Ladies numerous times, and every time is an absolutely incredible experience! Their artistic ability and attention to detail is second to none! More than artists, though, they bring personal, intentional attention to each of their clients.

I can't say enough good things! April Harding was our lead planner and she was outstanding! She is the calm presence that is absolutely needed in the chaos of planning a wedding. She took over all coordination with vendors a month before the wedding which really allowed my fiance and I to enjoy, soak everything in and focus on the fun things! Day of, she truly made my vision come to life and I can't thank her enough. The day of went seamlessly, even despite a little rain. If you are on the fence, DO IT!! Highly, highly recommend Elevate Events!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I knew I needed to put together the best team possible for my own wedding day, and Elevate really helped me to do that. Hiring Elevate Events was most definitely one of the BEST decisions that we made during the planning process. We hired them for day of coordination as well as for the design of the day, and they knocked it out of the park. We talked about things my husband and I liked and didn't like, our general ideas, and they ran with it from there. Honestly, they are worth every penny and mooooore with all the hard work they did! They answered my emails (so many emails omg) and texts promptly, and felt like friends, not just planners. On the day of, I only saw them a few times which I was a little sad about because I love them so much, but I knew that was because they were running around making sure every detail was in place and everything was happening according to plan so that I never had even a hint of a worry about anything.
