I will never go back there, I went with my friend her mom and her friends mom for pedicures. They never gave us a massage and they didn’t do the design me and my friend wanted. We asked for dog paw prints like 10 times and they gave us dots instead. We also called and got a reservation for four but they did my friends mom and her friend first and then came and started me and my friend after they where done I would not recommend this place we payed $200 which is a lot if you go here

Got gel polish fill, where to begin.......1st time here & will be my last, old lady LINDA" first of all a metal drill bit should be used to file off existing gel but she used an arbor band which heated up so bad it burnt my nail bed

Fabulous nails!!! Amazing pedicures! My husband came with me for his first pedicure and now he’s hooked. I also had Vanessa do a new set of acrylic nails and they are so beautiful! Exactly what I hoped for, with a fun swirl pattern, perfect for our upcoming vacation!! 5 stars!

I've been going to Excel for 14 years now. Absolutely love going there for manicures or pedicures. The girls there do absolutely amazing and always have. I wouldn't recommend any other place.. I love my nails every time I come out of there and the staff there are amazing! Super accommodating and fast and friendly service. I could give 10 stars out of five I would. Keep up the good work Excel, you're killing it.

Super clean and efficient service. AND cute puppies to sit on your lap while they are working on you. When you're in Kamloops get your nails done here.

Went to the salon with my two coworkers, first of all we were rushed to choose our nails designs and colours, not a pleasant customer service. Secondly, my first coworker’s gel nail chopped off next day. It has been a week since I have done my nails and couple nails started to chop off. I would say the gel nail polish is not a good quality.

Very hygienic and staffs are so nice and friendly! I love how the tools are sterilized and packaged individually in sterile pouches. I had my nails done elsewhere before but it never lasted more than 1 week. The retention here is amazing. I am so glad I found this salon!
