William Osler Health System - Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness

This is a great hospital. It is VERY clean (inside and outside) and directions are easy to follow. Honestly if, Jalessa (RN) wasn’t there, nothing would’ve been done around there. She’s a lifesaver who cares. I can’t thank her enough. I gave 1 less star because I find that their system needs to be updated efficiently when a patient moves to another location otherwise, you’re left trying to locate the patient yourself while the staff doesn’t know where they are. I also noticed just one doctor on the floor with every exam room filled. Nurses are in abundance but why such limited doctors? When you try to find the doctor, it takes way too long to find him let alone having him come to your room. The parking fee wasn’t exorbitant. I spent over 3 hours and I paid $16+. Ample parking is also available. Masks are mandatory at this hospital and one visitor/family member is allowed with the patient in the room.

Just spent two and half hours in urgent care. This is quite quick compared to other visits I have had. However, I would have preferred to wait longer and be treated with more respect and compassion.The way I was spoken too by the ER physician was completely unprofessional and dismissive. I try to be patient and understanding as I know there are staffing shortages, overworked staff and so many other issues. But please…don’t take it out on us. We just want someone to listen and be kind and let us feel like they want to help us. I felt like an inconvenience. As this is the second time I have had a similar issue I felt compelled to say something.

Waiting is a norm in medical care facilities but after a long wait of 2.5 hrs after midnight with my infant at urgent care, the doctor didn't even bother to check my baby's throat where the infection was present. He just checked the body temperature and cough and declared it was just a viral fever. Good that we had an appointment with our family doctor the next evening and she found that baby's tonsils had pus oozing out of it which was causing high grade fever up to 104°F!!! She immediately prescribed antibiotics to provide relief and baby is recovering now.Do such careless doctors at hospital even deserve to be at such a crucial place? It's life threatening for a 14 months baby with such infectious fever which was ignored to be checked thoroughly while we told the symptoms of that possible infection! I'll lodge an official complaint against the doctor. Pls advise how I can do it the most effective way.Thanks

My mom had multiple seizures prior to arriving, in the waiting room she had 2 seizures, while she was having a seizure the doctor, Leila Salehi, told my mom to get up. Nobody helped my mom into the bed so my dad had to, the doctor talked to my mom while she was having a seizure like she could retain any of that information. We waited in the room for about 30 minutes and we asked to speak to the doctor. My mom voiced her concerns and got a little upset at the lack of service, (we had the same doctor from the last hospital where we were left in a hallway for 6 hours and discharged, this was Dr. Salehi) and because my mom was stressed she had another seizure, we asked for help and Dr. Salehi left and did not come back until about 5 minutes later, she came back with 2 security guards. We are now going to a different hospital. Terrible service, if you go here please ask for a different doctor.

Always a much shorter wait than at an ER. I spent 1.5 hours here whereas I spent 6 hours in emergency. The doctors seem to fly through the consultation though. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and get more answers. Otherwise highly recommend this clinic if you want to be in an urgent care centre that has a hospital setting.

Absolute horrendous experience here. We came at 7pm for my son who has an incredibly high fever… after an hour of waiting we went to see what was taking so long as we weren’t even seen to be registered. The nurse told us we weren’t in the system. It turns out she “accidentally” deleted us thinking we were another patient. It’s now 11:41pm and we still haven’t been seen by a doctor. We will never be coming back here again

Great service received. The CT scan machine however couldn’t translate in certain language while the representative told it can translate instruction to various languages depending on accessibility needs of a patient.

I am here in hospital from two hour actually my daughter injured while playing but they are just filling papers from two hours when I ask for why you taking a long time for first aid and then doctor said with rude behaviour, go sit on your seat we are not free for you. When someone call for my daughter for treatment then doctor recommends just for dressing but someone come to next hour. but I did not do anything I wast my 2 and half hour and then go to shopper drug for treatment by myself. I also check on google for tetanus shot for my daughter if is recommended or no? Because she is 12 years old and I also asked doctor but doctor said it is recommended after 14 age not for 12 years old even she fall on road. That’s the bad experience with me for second time in this hospital.

The wait times are EXTREME here, worse then the Brampton civic hospital, I’ve been here for 6+ hours and am still waiting. SERIOUS NOTE: when I was waiting for a doctor to see me in a waiting room she asked me to lie down on the bed, I asked her if the bed linens were clean (there were spots of fluids and stains all over) she looked at me an sighed this is what she said to me “I think of it like the clothes you wear, you have to take them off when you go home” she then said to me “for some reason they don’t change the linens after every patient” she proceeded to grab another bed linen from somewhere place it loosely on top of the dirty bed linen and I lied down upon it.
