The security guard at this building was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Simply asked him where the alteration place was in the building and he replied laughing like we were idiots, had sarcastic remarks, and rude like we were supposed to already know. Please hire more experienced people who know at least a sliver of customer service.
