My daughter rented a basement apartment with her friend last year. I was very impressed with Panadew for their quick response to any problems encountered. I found them to be efficient and always available when needed. The maintenance guys are a dream team. I would highly recommend this management company. Panadew Property Management
Lived in a Panadew managed property for a 7-year period and had a great experience. All my service requests were consistently addressed in a timely fashion by either Panadew employees or independent contractors. General building maintenance was performed on a routine basis and the management company was great about keeping up with general apartment maintenance for even minor issues. Communication was always prompt, polite, and professional. Overall: they're a competent, well-established group who are a delight to interact with. What more can you ask for?

Great service, great value. We switched to Panadew for property management about a year and a half ago and have no regrets. We had some very poor quality tenants and the previous management company had trouble renting out one of the vacant apartments. Panadew got repairs and renovations done quickly and at a fair price, got us back to full occupancy, and improved the quality of the tenants so that our upkeep costs are lower. The invoicing/reporting and communications are consistent, on-time, clear and friendly. I can't say enough for their service - it has been a huge weight off my shoulders to have them taking care of my property.

I’ve been renting with them for over a year and just resigned my lease. There’s a few things I would change, but by and large it’s no different than any landlord issue.Their team is really responsive and handles problems as quickly as possible and really seem to want to make the best of any living situation.You’ll never find a perfect landlord. So make sure you get everything in writing, cross your Ts and dot your Is, and read the contract you sign.Specifically, I want to shout out Kayla who has been really great at making sure any problem we have gets taken care of immediately and that our needs are validated. Kayla, you’re a rockstar and we really appreciate everything you do.

Shawna and her team were super responsive and supportive for all new tenants, especially those leasing student housing and renting for the very first time! Shawna replies very fast and provides all the information you need. The company also gives a lot of updates and notices, and has maintained safety effectively throughout covid! They deal with problems quickly and are active in responding to urgent problems!!

It is a terrible institution. I was planning to move to 493, one of their apartments. After I communicated with them and talked with my friends, I gave up moving into 493 and do not want to move into any of their properties.In the description of their advertisement page, it says that 493 is a nice place. But when I went there, I spend nearly half an hour finding the location. It is difficult to find the location. Then, there are construction sites, so it is not a good place for people to stay inside the room all day. After that, the price for the rent is not suitable enough. The construction is old, the elevator is slow, the laundry room has little laundry machine and three of them are broken. The garbage room is full of messing garbage……My friend told me that their moving day is not pleasant. Since they have lots of furniture, they don’t want to change the location. Since they want to live in a lower noise location, they change their floor and their room location. But for lots of furniture and only one household at that time, Panadew Property only provides them with 3 hours of moving time moving all the furniture from one floor to another. That was kind of impossible!Also, once my friend’s door lock was broken, there was no way for the property to send someone to repair the door lock immediately. Fortunately, he found a way to open the door so that he can get food outside, or he had to call 911.In conclusion, if you want a pleasant living experience, do not trust them!

Not good to rent from. Have had way better landlords in the past. They changed our parking spot a couple months into our lease and we had to park 3 blocks away from where we lived. Suite was very cold in winter. Floors were very outdated and in need of repair. Windows also in need of repair. Any repairs that were done were very minimal.

A terrible and dishonest company. Tara in particular is very negligent and honestly a liar. She lied to me multiple times about her completion of my application, left out parts of it so I had to reach out and ask for it, a pretty important part I may add - ID and paystubs. Terrible communication. She told me it was done and waiting for approval meanwhile she hadn’t even called my references yet on the 31st of the month meanwhile I applied on the 10th. Kept me waiting for over two weeks from I originally sent in my application just to tell me it was denied for something she could have told me from the beginning , and should have been more than fine with a good co-signer- (which I had). It seemed to me like she just wanted to give the apartment to someone else, maybe a family member.Overall a terrible and dishonest company who will blatantly lie to you about your application status. 0/10 do not recommend.

My wife and I have rented from Panadew for over 3 years and they're absolutely wonderful. They're quick on addressing any issues and are very understanding of frustrations that arise when a repair takes a while. (Someone broke into our mailboxes, took a while to fix. Not Panadew's fault) They're always quick to reply to e-mails about the little things too, which is quite nice. The general areas of our building are always kept nice and clean as well. I would recommend Panadew to anyone looking for a rental. :)

We have had a pleasant experience with Panadew. They have been professional, friendly, and timely with maintenance repairs, although we haven't had many and we live in an old building. Our property is well kept and they even painted the whole apartment before we moved in. The only issue we have had is when we waited hours for our keys when moving in. However, our experiences the whole year have been positive and we look forward to staying in our apartment next year!
