When I started working with Justin, I was on medication for anxiety and working out 9+ hours a week (plus working a physically demanding job) to try and exhaust myself to get a decent nights rest. This didn’t leave much time to get simple things done around the house and I was feeling disorganized, which was affecting every aspect of my life. I didn’t feel like myself. I was very consistent with Justin’s recommendations and happy that I was doing something positive for myself. One day I realized that forgot to get a refill on my medication, about 3 weeks had gone by. Since I was coping well without it, my doctor agreed that I didn’t need to continue taking it.
