I would have give zero if I could! I bought some appliances from Best Buy and the installation was set with Geek Squad. They were an absolute nightmare and no surprise they review rate is this low!Stay away from them, and even stay away from Best Buy as long as they work with Geek Squad!

They damaged my perfectly working laptop, when I left it with them just for simple upgrading. Then they shipped it, told me that it's getting repaired and then returned it to me as it is without repairing. And now, they are not responding at all.

Anyone deciding to use Geek Squad think twice. I had a plan for $32 per month which they will tune up your computer anytime you ask them too when it is running slow.Everything was great then one day I asked them for a tune up and then they said your plan does not cover tune ups, your on a $16 per month plan. I could never get a straight answer from them as of why my plan went down.Today my computer all of a sudden is running super slow, so I asked Geek Squad why is my PC running so slow, they said you do not have an account with us, I said pardon, yes NO account now it's been deactivated.Heads up guys, when you sigh up with Geek Squad they play with your PC remotely at first to make it run fast forever and it's true never had an issue, but as soon as they deactivated my plan they go in and make some changes for your PC to run super slow again.All that monthly money payments we made and then they do this, heads up guys.

Wonderful experience with geeksquad Ancaster, specifically a gentlemen named Mike! I randomly had my tv stopped working before I was having a watch party for the leafs game and I was told to come into the store to troubleshoot the issue. When I arrived, Mike immediately listened to my issue and got to work. Although I was apparently not supposed to bring my tv in, he made it his goal to ensure I left best buy with a working tv. I was giving a brand new tv to replace my current one, and was actually given the difference of price (it’s currently on sale) back on my debit card! Mike was very understanding, extremely helpful and made my evening 10x better! Mike even carried the new tv into my car for me. 10/10 experience, considering I was likely not supposed to have the service I received! Highly recommend geek squad Ancaster for any of your tech issues.

We had an appointment to get our tv calibrated by The Geek Squad on May 14th that was set over 2 months ago. The day before we got a confirmation message from them saying that we would get a phone call the next morning with a 2hour time window that they would be there at. We got no phone call so at 4pm I called them and they said we were still on the appointment list for that day and they are open till 7pm. We'll, it's now 7:30 and we didn't even get a call to reschedule. We wasted a whole day waiting and would have been fine to reschedule but now I'm angry. We got a really good deal on the calibration so we thought we'd try it out but this was ridiculous.

I was transferred and was in queue for 51 min just to change my delivery date. They never answered.
