Robert and Raymond transformed our floors from dull and stained to luxuriously shiny and beautiful looking limestone! Our bathrooms and front entrance look amazing, and the work was done to a very high standard. We also have a mould-free shower stall (so happy!) with white tiles that had gone grey over the years. We are so happy that we went this route instead of new floors/tiles! R + R were lovely and professional craftsmen, and have excellent customer service. Thank you!

His initial response was prompt and professional outlining (based on one photo) his expected process from start to finish and including some photos of similar work he had done and the date and time he would hold for me. He followed up with a call shortly after and his price was very reasonable.Raymonds arrival was prompt in a clean truck and dressed professionally. We found Raymond on the internet. He promptly replied and provided us with an on-site walk thru and quote to refinish our travertine floors. He is very professional, extremely clean and very proud of his workmanship. He was able to bring our dull lifeless floors back to their original glory, grout and all! I found Raymond online and was impressed from the start. He answered my inquiry the same day. He came to my house to view the scope of work and give me a quote.He was prompt and attentive. He confirmed the booked appointment the day before and showed up on time. He took his time and was extremely meticulous. My granite looks amazing. He fixed all the chips, buffed the worn areas and then sealed it. In addition, he revitalized my marble sink in my powder room. It looks better than when I had it installed. I highly recommend him. The guys at INTEX did a terrific job on our marble kitchen counter, kitchen floor and bathroom floors. All these areas were looking very tired after 8 years of use. Robert and Raymond came in and made them all look new again at a very reasonable cost. Robert was very professional and prompt when it came to my stone care needs. I am very happy with the amazing results after him and his partner Raymond restored my Calacatta countertops and limestone floors. Even the chips I had on my counters are no longer visible and the cracks on my floors are not noticeable. I’m sharing this from an experience last year. We had a marble floor installed and there was dried grout etched on almost the entire surface. Raymond was called in to repair the damage done to the marble. He spent several days repairing, went over every detail of what he was doing, and meticulously brought the floor back to better than new!! The floor was beautiful. He also brought an older marble counter top in another bathroom back to life!! At the end of his session, he left detailed instructions on how to care for the marble and anything that might cause it damage. I can’t recommend Raymond enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use his service again!!

Can’t even tell where the chips were. As well, he restored and removed stains from our front foyer marble. It looks like a new floor was installed.
