Great experience every class I've attended.My first time at the studio, one of the girls asked if it was my first visit and kindly gave me a tour. Greeted with positive friendly energy and smiles every time. A truly calm and consistently welcoming environment.Not to mention, the classes are inspiring and refreshing. I love the feeling I leave with at the end of each session. The instructors are truly knowledgeable and passionate.You can tell the staff love what they do here. Best yoga studio, hands down!

Thank you Alannah for making my first experience with hot yoga so comfortable, and for taking a little extra time with to show me how to do the poses properly. I have very little experience with yoga but I felt welcome and there was no judgement whatsoever.

This is my happy place!! ❤️I only have good things to say about this yoga studio! The environment is so warm and welcoming and the staff is amazing. The owners Kelly and Debbie are wonderful teachers and great humans. Joining the studio was a life changing decision for me and I highly recommend it to anyone with or without previous yoga experience.

This studio has been a game changer in my life on all levels. My daughters and I have all enjoyed the Energy Exchange experience meeting so many other EEs and the numerous amazing clients!The instructors all have so much passion and skill. The benefits are numerous including physically, mentally and emotionally.The high is real.The owners are so down to earth. Come try a class!!

There is nothing quite like hot yoga, and the best place to practice is here! PYC Oshawa has an amazing community, and you feel at home from the moment you walk in. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This is such a great community!

This is a month in my journey w/ the community @PYC Oshawa. Each & every class has honestly been a wonderful welcomed challenge. However, today w/ Yogi Courtney leading the session was priceless; mind, body & spirit. Couldn't ask for anything more, felt encouragement, welcomed & empowered!!Thank you !

The staff is professional and so knowledgeable and the owners Debbie and Kelly have cultivated an extremely healthy, happy community. Don’t hesitate to come and try a class you will be hooked.

I want to start this review by saying… if you’re like me, are nervous to start somewhere new and are reading all the other reviews thinking .. “can a place really be THAT inviting and nice?” If that’s you, then my answer is yes. I too read all the other reviews and was a little skeptical. Today was my first time going to this studio and I was welcomed with huge smiles and such infectious energy. I’m really happy I made the choice to come here. Great space with washrooms, showers, change rooms,and a welcoming aura. It really feels like everyone is genuinely so excited to be apart of your yoga journey. Thank you power yoga for a great first time at your studio!

As someone who has worked in health/fitness/fitness apparel for nearly a decade, I've been to my fair share of gyms and studios. But none of them has ever felt as much like home as PYC Oshawa. Literally the air in there feels different from everywhere else - and not just because it's a hot studio! Debbie and Kelly have curated such a beautiful team of teachers and assistants, and the yogis that practice there know it. I'm beyond blessed to have had this studio in my life for the last five years <3 I would highly recommend PYC Oshawa to all yogis, both beginner and seasoned. Go go go!
