I don’t usually wear make up, so I was a bit nervous. Maide did my makeup for me that day and she was splendid. She did such an amazing job. I bought the products she used on my face. That’s how wonderful she did. Thank you!!

Just wanted to give a special shout-out to Shiza!! she is truly amazing, she took the time to ensure I got the perfect shade, we looked at over 10 foundations together. She tested it out my skin and kept going until we found the perfect shade for me. She was so patient and sweet :) thank you so so much!

I used to always come to this location. When I placed a pick up order for the first time the associate who gave it to me was so rude and made me uncomfortable. No complaints about anyone else working there, I wish I knew the girl’s name only because she made me feel so bad. She needs more training in customer service.

I just wanted to write a review about a very helpful staff member who served me on Friday evening 23rd June. She was very knowledgeable about the beauty industry and being a mature lady gave me the appropriate advice. I walked away feeling excited and satisfied with my purchases.I wanted to ask her for her name and was walking over to do just that when I overheard a young girl being very rude to her.She was busy serving another customer and the young girl kept interrupting her, she was being quite disrespectful.I was in a bit of a rush as my husband was waiting for me in the car, so I thought that by writing this review the young girl may see it and hopefully realize that being disrespectful of retail staff is not acceptable and that she was completely out of line.Thanks again for the great service!!

I was helped today buy Nina (I’m sorry if i got tht wrong!), but she was hands down t best person i could have spoken to. Knowledgeable, honest and incredibly helpful. I had a billion questions n she answered all of them without making me feel like an idiot!

I've been here a couple times and have always loved the atmosphere and employees, but this time I came in for a foundation shade match and Nafia (I believe their name was) was AMAZING. So helpful and kind and got me the perfect match. I love this location the most and will always come back for my makeup needs.

I usually love shopping at this Sephora because the staff are often very helpful! However, my experience this weekend was BEYOND terrible. On Sunday, April 16th 2023, I came in around 1:30pm with a couple other people. I asked for assistance for a shade match, and the lady noticed that another person with me has very dry skin. Initially, she was very subtle about suggesting products to help with that, but the girl repeatedly told them that she already has skincare she uses, but forgot that moment. After that another older woman decided to join, and started suggesting products, and making RUDE remarks about the skin condition. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CLIENTS! If we don’t ask for something, don’t push it on to us and make us feel insecure! If you show this to the staff during that shift, they will definitely know who this review is about. So kindly, don’t push products onto people, and definitely not make remarks about their appearance. Not to mention, the product they suggested was said to cause clogging of the pores by their own staff members.—from: H

Just had my makeup done by Maide and she was soooo helpful. Very caring. She has completely changed the way I do make up. Orphelia was also friendly and patient. Absolutely recommend this store above others.
