Neha & her team at Public Storage on 120 Street and n Surrey, BC gave EXCELLENT customer service! Great communication, accurate quotes, compassion towards me all the way through 6 months of storage rental. An on-site washroom would have helped after arriving from 5 hrs away. The team went over and above to help me and I can’t thank them enough. God bless you all!

Hi its pulneet i rent the storage room for my stuff. In the office there are two girls who serve me in very friendly and kind nature which is really really good and i am really happy with them . Good service. A little expensive but no more than other places. Roadwork at the front of the site is a hassle, lots of traffic jams around there at the moment. Staff check on everything regularly and call customers if they notice any problems - Thanks!
