Maintain Mech. is our condo maintenance company. They performed installation of auto bleeders in each suite recently. From the ops manager down, all were very customer friendly and willing to go the extra mile for all unit owners when they did the job. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and overlook no details when doing the job. I very much would recommend them.

Maintain Mechanical has always provided service that go above and beyond the usual. For example, when they find an issue, or if we ask a question about a mechanical system, they provide details that include pictures and a full diagnosis. My company has used Maintain Mechanical's services for over 5 years. We have an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule with MM which has proved the best decision to have made - as issues are spotted before a worst disaster would impact our day to day operations. Wyatt and the team at Maintain Mechanical are a dying breed. Not only are they skilled in the work they do, they know that customer service is also very important.Wyatt has been very patient with me when I ask how things work so I have a better understanding of a problem. Wyatt and Matt have met with one of my boards for show and tell" in the mechanical room to explain how their boiler works and answer their questions. Wyatt is also quick to offer a call an owner to explain things.It is reassuring to know that they are not a commission based company like so many others. I am confident that when Wyatt says something needs to be repaired/replaced

Maintain Mechanical sent out a senior technician for my AC system that fails every summer. The technician Ryan was great. So nice and professional and just told me how it was. He ended up finding a leak in the connection from inside to outside. He asked if he could disconnect and reconnect everything to prove he fixed it - for real this time. The air has never been this cold and actually makes it into my entire apartment! Thank you so much Ryan! It was a total pleasure having you as my technician!

I call them for leaking faucet in my washroom. I requested the service on 31 dec. they come on 30 dec as the technician was in the area. He came take look at faucet and left saying he needs to go and get the cartridge. when he came back i ask him about the material cost he said he do not have any idea then took 30 mins to change the cartridge and left. I agreed to pay for material cost and 2 hour labour coz its minimum for all plumbers when they come to repair. When i got invoice they charge $221.48 for cartridges which anybody can buy from home depot at $50 each. when i ask them they said in rona it's available at $80 and we charge mark up on that. They also charge you Truck charge this is on top of 2.5 hour labour for half an hour work. and finally they have find a way to monetize pandemic as well, as they charge $15 for mandatory PPE kit. and it includes 1 mask and 2 gloves. It was a good learning experience for me as it cost me $550 for leaking faucet. DO NOT USE THEM AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.Response to Owner's replyI am a business owner too and being a business owner it is my responsibilty to keep my employees and my customers safe, I can't just start charging unresonable fees to my customers. Since you re talking about transperancy I was never told about Truck charge or PPE charge. and also not provided with what part or which brand cartridges were installed in my unit. You said your work comes with waranty which do not say specifically how long.For Material pricing its you who said in RONA its available at $ 80. FYI the websites i refer was canadian not US .Anyway you got you money I learned my lesson.Have a nice day!!!

Kaizar and Wyatt did an excellent job for us. Timely and Professional, and provided the necessary assistance for a major repair on a commercial water main leak. Will definitely be using these guys for future projects and repairs.

We highly recommend Maintain Mechanical! Their technicians did a great job installing a home air conditioner and a Honeywell smart thermostat for us a couple of weeks ago. Huge thanks to Wyatt for coming into Almost Home Canine Rescue and volunteering his time and equipment to fix our toilet that would not plunge. Highly recommend, he came in and was efficient and professional
