Great team at Foundation Solutions. Dave Ritsema had replaced an original, incorrectly built window well for me about 11 years ago after water through that window flooded our basement and caused $3500 worth of damage. The new window well looked great and fixed our problem. We never had any leaking again.The other timber window well was now rotting and in need of replacement. Dave worked hard on my project estimate to help me get what I wanted, and we just decided to replace both window wells with new pre-fab steel wells with the color we really wanted, so they would match. He was always timely in response...not to mention patient with my indecisiveness. lol He had no problem giving me install dates, which made it much easier to coordinate with the HVAC people who were replacing the AC unit inches away from one of the wells. So the entire project of furnace, AC, window wells and our family mulching project all came together well, partly thanks to Dave and his crew. They did a great job and the new wells look great and have excellent drainage. Highly recommended.

Excellent Customer Service!! Due to an inspection finding some moisture in our basement we gave them a call. They were able to get someone out the same day to take a look and make sure that we had no issues with our foundation. It was quick and painless and they made sure to put us at ease that there was in fact not a problem. Thank you John for the help and quick service. Would not hesitate to give them a call again.

I learned about this company by word of mouth, from a friend of a friend who gave high praise for their work. I had Foundation Solutions install a new egress window as part of my basement renovations. Working with Dave to plan things out was great, and he was very helpful and flexible while deciding on options for the well, window, timetable, etc. I also had an excellent experience with Chad and Jessie, who did most of the work installing the well. Everyone was friendly and professional, and made certain I was getting the work done the way I wanted. All the work, except installing the outside trim, was completed in one day. The picture I’ve included is before the trim was added on the following day. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional service!!! 100% enjoyed the interaction with this company. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Reasonable price for the 2 egress windows that we had installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing foundation work done.
