very attentive , have a genuine interest in our cats well being , we are so fortunate to have found this vet . highly recommend for your pets , take you on time for your appt , all the staff are excellent and listen to you concerns

I couldn't be happier with the service and the the staff, very professional and made my visit easy and welcome. I took my cat, Smokey, in for shots and they found she had an infection while spaying, i was so glad she was in such good hands and she was looked after so well. This will now be my Vet clinic and I will always know my pets will be looked after with the utmost care.

Dr. Farooq and the team at East Side Veterinary Services are simply amazing. They have cared not only for our forever pets, but helped us to provide care and treatment for foster dogs (often with limited histories and complex medical needs). Their team treats our companions like members of their own family - they respond with calm and reassuring care when we are worried about our furry family members, provide solutions, suggestions and ongoing care that is second to none. I have never felt pressured" or "guilted" into any treatment

This place has been amazing! My dog was VERY Ill and they made sure to see him even though He was not their patient. He unfortunately passed away while there but not from a lack of trying, and the follow up I personally received was amazing. My new dog has received just as much care. Called and they fit me in.

Very understanding and helpful, felt happy and secure that my little Pomeranian was in good hands and was given helpful tips on how to better my little guys health!

Best vet in town. Also treated our choice to feed raw very differently than other vets we've experienced in Kingston. Very happy, will be going back when needed and recommending from here on out. Bonus was that the office manager was incredibly kind and went the extra mile for us and our dogs
