Traffic Safety Zone

I had the misfortune of calling in as a local Canadian and reaching sales rep Colette McDaniel about an order for a large wedding I was going to have. After several misleading details on shipping, I involved her supervisor Marly Boorman who was supposedly the Vice president of web business? what does that even mean? They charged my card on 3 diff occasions then refunded it. I was expecting my order today and then I get a voicemail from Jeff" who told me the boss "Marly" acted without his permission. This company seems to be emotions based rather then fact based and has no idea how to operate. We are without for the wedding so ended up having to hire 20 extra people at 5x the cost of this order. People simply don't realize the damage poor communication and disorganization causes other. In the end it was somehow my fault!"

I am a supervisor with the City of Edmonton and purchase quite the variety of materials from all different sources to maintain a safe operation.I had recently purchased some items from traffic safety zone to try out and was frustrated that only three of the items I had ordered worked properly. I reached out to the company about the faulty product and was quite shocked at the extreme that they went through to correct the situation. They personally delivered to me three brand new items that all work great. Now that is what I call service!This the type of company I plan on doing business with in the future.
