This is a high quality senior care facility that specializes in 3a/3b patients. It is small (13 residents) and has an amazingly kind and dedicated staff with actual home cooked meals. Simply amazing.

Clean, small and more personalized

My first impression of this facility was that the owner was the sweetest, most kind person I have ever met. She was welcoming, and made me feel as if she really wanted me to be a part of her team.Initially the interview went wonderfully but she couldn't find a space for me, as at that time I refused weekend shifts. That was perfect. Over the course of a few weeks we exchanged random messages to update one another. I still didn't want weekends, she felt it wasn't fair to other staff and I understood. She frequently noted that she really wanted to find a place for me.One day I asked her if she still had positions and would she agree to dayshifts with every second Sunday instead of the full weekend.she told me she had a dayshift and evening shift available and that she will do every second Sunday as long as I keep it between us. I thanked her and she asked me to come see her the following day.I went to see her, and she immediately said she needs to find space for me. After telling me she had room. She said she only had evenings available now. Reluctantly I agreed and she welcomed me to the team and said we will start that friday evening. I went that same evening and picked up my uniform and a handbook, filled out an employment form with my banking info and Social security number. That same evening she messaged me asking if we agreed upon a day to start yet. I was confused but figured she had a busy day and told her Friday. She responded let's start Monday instead". She gushed about how well I will fit in
