A big shout out to this EB Game store. Staff are friendly and helpful (especially Johnny)!!! I was looking for gifts for my sister and she is a huge demon slayer fan (which I know nothing about). Johnny provided several recommendations and suggested pre-ordering some figures to ensure I secure the items we want. My sister loves the figures that Johnny recommended. Definitely will come back for more figures and games :)

Best customer service, Jade was awesome helped me with replacing my controller. Super polite, went above and beyond for me. Will definitely continue to come back to this specific location because of her !!! 10/10

I bought couple games on Dec 23, I was told clearly I can do price adjustment after Boxing Day, if I open the game I can only come back to this location to get the money back. (The staff called Mel was so nice and even signed the receipt to avoid miscommunication) I drove 30 kilometres came back on Dec 28, the lady at the front refused to do adjustment because I opened the game. I can only get credit instead. I wasn’t sure if that’s time was about to close, I feel I was rushed out and the lady wasnt honest with me, it was terrible

Very uncomfortable welcome from staff. Did not feel as if I was able to browse store. Staff assumed I knew exactly what I was getting and approached me before I could take more then 5 steps in the store. Won’t be going to this location again. Mall location in Vaughan is usually where I go anyway. There was not even a line outside. Puzzled by the urgency to get me in and out.

Terrible service. They just keep doing there own stuff, never ask customer what they want?If they unfortunately help you, they will get the product and scan it and just ask for money - NO other communication. Even The Manger is helpless too.J will never ever go to this store again. I wish I could have gave them -10 for rating.

Absolutely love this place !Woodbine Centre and Yorkdale are my main go to spots. Sell Trade and Save on games , systems and much more check it out. They have all your gaming needs. I also get rare collectible figures from time to time .

Went to this location looking for an item but I didn't have my hopes up because it was already sold out at most places and online. Rawinder asked if I needed any help and so I thought I'd give it a shot and tell him what I was looking for. He asked a few questions to narrow his search down and started looking on the computer. There were a few people in the store and I didn't want to be any trouble so I told him I could always come back or call him later. He told me no, just wait, he was going to make a call. Once he got off the phone, he told me he was having it shipped to his store and I could pick it up in a few days. I couldn't believe it. Rawinder went that extra mile for me and made me feel like I was his priority. I took off a star from this review (meant to be half a star) because when I went in to pick up my item, it was misplaced or mislabeled and there was a bit of a delay in getting it for me (Rawinder was not in at the time), but in the end I did walk out of there with my prize. So I'm a happy customer and will definitely shop this location again.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff!! Purchased coverage for ps5 controller. Ghosting after a few months, they exchanged it no problem!! With a new controller!!!! Highly recommend them.
