Easily the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. I brought a picture of a design and the nail agreed to do it. Once we got started she was struggling and couldn’t do the design. She then insisted on continuing even though she couldn’t do it.When I asked her to stop after the first nail and take off the base so I could leave she gave me attitude and said she would charge me regardless so I might as well choose a colour.I chose a colour and the work is so sloppy. Very messy. The nails are extremely thick and bumpy. When I showed her she gave more attitude and said changes need to be made at the beginning. There was zero accountability. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

They’re really carefull and gentle. My cuticles are dry and really easy to bleed, she keeps it in mind moisture thoroughly and very carefully not to hurt me. So welcoming and funny. All of them.

The absolute best nail salon ! The staff is extremely friendly!!! And their attention to detail is over the moon spectacular! I drive 45 minutes , passing over 20 salons, to get to Crystal Nails and Beauty Bar! That’s how incredible they are!

So happy with the service that I received here from Phoebe. I got refills on my gel nails and had them airbrushed and it looked fabulous as I left. It has been about 4 weeks and they still look great other than the growth, going back tomorrow for a refill, can’t wait!!!

I normally have great results with nails here, especially with the older ladies. This time I am so disappointed with what I received. One of the females kept filling them shorter and shorter and both hands are not similar length. I asked for a specific colour and they said they would try. If you cannot get the correct colour that is on the nail colour choices, please say so.

I had an appointment for 6 at this place. I arrived 10 minutes late, I called the place prior to reschedule it earlier as I had some place to be. When I reach the lady casually looks at me and says what time was my appointment. I said 6 and she immediately asked me to come the next day… like I called and booked an appointment to get my nails done which is what you’re supposed to do she treated me like I was a walk in. I asked her how long would it take for my technician to get free and she just chose to ignore me and didn’t answer. I asked her the same question several times and she never answered how long I will have to wait. The sad part is I have got my nails done here in the past and really liked this place but this lady who owns it or manages it made it very clear she didn’t want me or my business as she was too occupied with other clients. Thanks for doing an amazing job treating your customers. Lesson learnt never coming back to this place ever…To the owners reply.. Let’s be honest you and I both know it wasn’t one minute and how long I stood there for you to reply! It would have taken you 2 seconds to ask the technician but instead you sat there and chose to ignore me! You being busy is not an excuse to treat your customer the way you did. I wouldn’t be here writing an essay if I were there for a minute!! Thanks for lying tho… It shows how professional you are!

Recently went to have a pedicure done and I was very pleased with my experience the staff was very friendly and did a great job will definitely be returning

My 14 year daughter went there to do nail basic painting they told at the door it will coast her 55$ and once the painting is done they told here 85 $ my 14 years daughter was surprised when she was asking it was told 55$ know 85$ they where telling here this is the price she paid it and ask fore recipe they say we are closing no recipe basically they are doing the Buissnes under the table they don’t pay tax to the government I went to talk to the owner and she saying this is the price just letting u know guys once they told u the price paid right away and keep the receipt other wise once they done they will have surprise for u I ask for the recipe they saying the sales was done day before they can’t give me and I ask here u never punched the job u got the cash and one off here other customers saying she never gave us the bill they are scamming the customer and the government.

Customer service was terrible. Will never be returning to this salon again. I was constantly ignored when asking questions, the lady told me to wait past my appointment because she was doing her coworkers nails. I had someone else do my toe nails while I waited for her. She was super rude when I asked to choose another colour. Manicure was okay, pedicure was not well done. Will not return.

Getting your nails done should be relaxing and make you feel beautiful walking out of the salon. I left that day feeling the complete opposite. I have been coming to this salon for years and I am never going back because of the past few experiences with the poor customer service and rushed work. The last experience of going to Crystal Nails lead me to finally write a review because lately I’ve been feeling extremely anxious coming here. I decided to give them one last try. Despite arriving to my pre-booked appointment early, I noticed a few walk-ins come in (they had no booked appointment). The lady who worked on me was rude even before starting and ignored my attempts of small talk with her, so I just stayed quiet for the rest of the appointment. Before starting I had a bad feeling about moving forward but this was my only day off to get my nails done, and I brought my mom in as well to enjoy the day together. I told the lady I would be wearing UV gloves because my doctor urged I use it; the lady agreed to continue. She constantly would remind me how frustrated she was because I was wearing UV gloves to protect my skin (even though I told her I would be wearing them before starting). She definitely made her frustration known to me by the way she was rushing and being the opposite of gentle when handling me. I felt like she just wanted me out of the chair so that she could take in the next walk-in customer to not disappoint them, catering to their questions, concerns and making small talk with them with enthusiasm all the while working on me and disregarding my questions/concerns. The entire appointment I was so nervous to be around her that my hands were shaking. I should have trusted my gut to not continue with this woman because the final result of my nail set was thick and crooked I was embarrassed to keep them on so I had them re-done the same day at a different salon. Regrettably, I’ve recommended this salon to family/friends and my clients in the past.
