My experience in this shop was notably excellent. I was impressed with the showroom selection, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I ended up purchasing my daughter a gotrax xr escooter here for a great price. All my questions were answered in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and it was an easy relaxed purchase i made with confidence. 5 stars -easy decision

The staff at Moto Kave go above and beyond to ensure you get want you want. I choose the Tao Motors Taurusebike, and man is it a fun bike.. I actually rode it home, no problems at all. Really fun as well as good for the environment which is important to me..... I highly recommend going here for all and everything electric, they got all kinds of Kool stuff in there, but you gotta see for yourself. Ty V. & N. for hooking me up.. 10/10My wife and I were looking into purchasing a couple kid sized ATV's for our little guys as Christmas gifts. We were on the fence whether to buy gas or electric and where to buy, online or in store.We were introduced to Vince at MotoKave and he made the whole process a breeze. We ended up buying two TaoTao Boulder B1's which came with all the options were had been looking for in various models and they came in our kids favorite colors. The price has half of what the big box store in London was asking for a similar sized model with a smaller engin. Vince had them assembled, tested and even loaded them into my truck. The overall experience was 10/10 and we will be back.Thanks Vince!

We visited Moto Kave recently during their weekend open house . We found the staff very pleasant , helpful , and the prices were reasonable . We purchased 2 E bikes , but had to wait for the tech to set up early week . We were pleasantly surprised to have the bikes delivered to our house early week . The bikes have exceeded our expectations, as well as the service , I would highly recommend Moto Kave for your E bike purchase

If you are in Southern Ontario and looking for anything ebike or offroad. This is a great place to stop. They take care of all from sales to service and truly put the customer first. I use to go as far as kitchener for service but now having moto kave local is a game changer for anyone interested in ebikes.

This place is great! The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. They have an in house mechanic and financing. Lots of selection to choose from. Would highly recommend!

Heard that these guys supported my Tao Leo and sure enough they do.Brought my bike in that very day and was able to pick it up the next day good as new.Very Professional and knowledgeable guys. They now have become my main stop for anything pertaining to my Tao Leo!

Vince was professional and very helpful in helping me deal with Rad Bikes so that I could receive a replacement bike for one that I had purchased directly from Rad. He even delivered the bike!!
