The staff here is super helpful and kind. I had never been to this store before but, reading the positive reviews, I went in to get my 2 pairs of glasses adjusted as the frames had gotten too loose. Gordana solved my problem in 10 minutes and did it for free. I'm going back when my husband's vision insurance kicks in this summer.

It was indeed an awesome experience to purchase our eye glasses from Eyes on Derry Vision Centre. They are very pleasant and professional! Some of my family members have been there twice now and had only good experiences with the whole clinic. In particular, Jojo a CSR at the front desk was exceptionally great to deal with! She was so patient with us while we chose the best frames for us. Never once felt rushed. Highly recommended.

My time at the Eyes on Derry Vision Center has been quite fantastic. When I arrived at the centre, Jojo gave exceptional customer service and helped me get ready for my eye exam by writing down my medical history and problems I was having before optometrist Dr. Michael evaluated me. He is a meticulous professional who took the time to carefully consider my problems before offering a diagnosis following tests. Later, Jojo assisted me with choosing a frame and lenses as well as instruction on how to use progressive lenses. To anyone looking for a one-stop shop for eye treatment, I strongly recommend eyes on Derry.

My experience at Eyes on Derry has always been wonderful. Every-time I visit, the staff is extremely welcoming. Dr. Wu is very professional and kind. I’ve gotten 2 frames from here and both times they were exactly what I had in mind. Jojo has an amazing sense of style and knows exactly which one to choose! This time around I had a specific style in mind, subtle blue frames that were big and Jojo delivered!

I visited Eyes on Derry today as I needed new glasses. I’ve always had a difficult time finding a frame that I like. Gordana was a huge help! I walked in and told her what I was looking for and through the process of elimination, we found the perfect glasses for me! She understood my prescription and explained what exactly I needed in accordance to my prescription. She helped me find the perfect pair and I was very satisfied with the glasses I ended up choosing! I didn’t feel rushed, instead, she allowed me to take my time in choosing the perfect ones. She went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough!! I will definitely be coming back!

I went to Doctor appointment for my glasses which made it two years ago due to glass frame broken. I asked Gordana for help here and she was so kind to fix them for me for no charge, so this has won my heart and I would like to give Gordana more business for this wonderful customer service that she has provided. Highly recommended because of the staff and products! This is my 3rd visit to Eyes on derry and second time purchasing glasses in the last 2 years! This has become my families go-to place for all eye exams, contacts, and frames. Dr. Nida was very nice and professional. Jojo was so welcoming and kind. She provided me with great assistance in picking out frames that would suit me and my style!

I had the best experience at Eyes on Derry. My eye doctor - Nida - was so nice and knowledgeable during my eye exam! I then had to pick out frames and Jojo was very kind and helpful in choosing what worked best for my face shape and personal style! My glasses also arrived right within the time frame she told me! There were no hidden costs or unexpected wait times! I would definitely recommend Eyes on Derry to all my friends and family!

Would not recommend this place. During the eye test the doctor seemed distracted and they kept placing different offers to up my eye test bill from $110 to more. First I was offered to store the eye X-Ray for the next time for like $25. Then they told me its extra to produce a prescription for contact lenses and if I want to continue for that.Seemed more interested in making more money than the actual eye test. Then I was rushed through the test. I got my glasses following the prescription and I am not even satisfied with the glasses and doubting the prescription since it felt rushed. Go to a place where they are not worried about milking more money out of you and pay more attention to your eye test. Never going back. Cropping my prescription to hide personal details.
