Good choice for woman PPE boots. Lots of styles, all CSA certified. Professional and nice staff. The boots are good looking as well as extremely comfortable.

Owner is also willing to lie on his responses... there was no verbal abuse as he claims in the response. I swore in the conversation but never directed at staff (with the exception of the incompetent manager). As well he states they only follow red wing policies yet don't follow warranty policies (confirmed by corporate)Front desk staff do the best they can with the tools they are given from incompetent managers.I've had ongoing issue with redwing boot quality since buying a set less than 2 years ago ( I've had 5 defective pairs of boots in that time frame the most recent pair lasting 8 days of being worn before the stitches started to fall apart)I purchased the last set of boots after the store refused to honor the warranty on the previous defective pair stating return policy only aloud 1 warranty claim per purchase (corporate confirm this was incorrect and that the boot was still under warranty I had the choice to ship the boots to the US at my own expense or take a credit of 50%)My most recent vist was to warranty those boots after 8 days of use and paying for them as well so no longer a warranty replacement. The worker at the till recognized me from past warranty claims and said her manager has told her they are unable to warranty any boots for me even though these where not warranty replacment boots and had been purchased.Ended up getting a refund in the end out of frustration from the bad service.If you want a boot that will last/ a local dealer that will stand behind there product and give you good customer service I'd go else where.Hopefully corporate offers the local managers some re training so they can become competent in their roles.

First par of Redwing boots and if they are anything like the service I received in the store this morning....probably going to be the best boot I've ever owned!! Staff was really knowledgeable about the boot, size and fit.

Boots didn’t fit right and I thought I was out of luck, instead I was dealing with a friendly person and walking out with the right boots. Looking forward to working in these boots and I really appreciate the customer service that Red Wing offers! Quality boots made in USA, got to love it!

I've went through three pairs of boots in the past 4-5 years. These were all purchased through Sportchek and were McKinley boots now discontinued. (See in photos) I was hesitant to spend over $400 on work boots, but my new Red Wing Heritage Moc Toes are an investment. I put my orthotics into them and walked out of the store feeling like they were nearly broken in. Jesse was also tremendously helpful, and I give his service an equal 5 stars.I am incredibly happy to be an owner of such a craftsman product and can't wait to have to reburish these boots; so that they have the best of both worlds. New rubber, and old broken in leather that fits so comfortably you can't possibly imagine throwing them out. These boots, I suspect after a number off years of wear, will get refurbished until they have to be retired on a shelf.

Looking for a pair of slippers. They fit really well. Wore out a pair I had.

The staff were helpful. I found a few items that I was needing. I found the insoles to be of good quality, though quite expensive.
