The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. They have the items that I required after my total knee replacement, the delivery of a hospital bed, and set up was very efficient, and explained ensuring that all questions were answered.Thanks to the staff for the outstanding service.

I don't usually stop to answer surveys and reviews, but I wanted to thank the group at Parkers for walking me through the store and making recommendations of what I needed to rent, or buy once my Mom was back from the hospital. You didn't try to over sell me. We found the electric lounge chair really helpful.
