Not a fan of the way they return your deposit. There was a bit of a wait and a the challenge to get it back and get a date as to when exactly to expect it... not cool at all....

Great service when I picked up the truck unfortunately the truck was very damaged was not pleased with the vehicle not much I can do about that except for Mark all the damage down so I didn’t get dinged for it and then I get a call back after I drop the vehicle off saying I didn’t bring it back at full and I was short 6 L I found that very petty especially when I was about to re-rent it due to issues with my truck having to go back into the shop I’ll tell you I’ll never use enterprise again

My experience with selkirk enterprise has always been a positive one but I recently had an extensive MPI claim and was in need of a rental car for close to 3 months.Mark did a fantastic job at communicating with Selkirk GM to insure that things were looked after. It’s really nice to see employees go the extra mile. Thanks Mark.

I’d leave a zero but not possible….been waiting for 3 months for 100 return fee of deposit…oh sorry we will send again. In my opinion It’s a scam hoping me some my just leave it…..$100 ads up if I didn’t return a car for 3 months would they charge me? It all started horrible in selkirk manitoba location…they didn’t take visa debit (all I had on me that time, lent my visa to daughter). I was renting for my neice who was 8 months at that timeAnd requested a front wheel drive due to we live in the county! What did we recieve a rear wheel dodge challenger! For a 26 year old pregnant. All I’m saying be careful stand your ground.

Superb customer service. We booked an suv, a day before my schedule to pick up the rented suv I received a call that there’s no available similar suv that i booked instead they offered me a free upgrade. I returned the vehicle Sunday since the office was closed weekends i just dropped off the key. The next day I received a phone call and they are letting me know that everything is okay. I really appreciate companies with great customer service.

If I could give 12 stars I would.Great experience. I booked last minute as my vehicle wouldnt make the journey back home to my grandpa's funeral.The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to make it as little stress as possible. There were no hidden costs and the rental was very afforable, clean and roomy. High recommended. I will definately be using their services again in the future.

I was to get a rental car from a shop in Selkirk but they forgot to contact Selkirk Enterprise, they made it work it was a few hours late but they had to make a special trip into to Winnipeg to get a full size car impressed with the service.

The car was dirty, the cars suspension was bottoming out on every bumpy road. The tire pressure was low tire to almost flat. Couldn’t ever get a hold of anyone in the office. Couldn’t leave message. Not impressed with the rental place. Selkirk location
