Value Village

I moved from Alberta. This value village in victoria is elite. Its by the ocean, its a 5 min walk from china town, easy access to affordable parking, and ALWAYS THE BEST FINDS. My boyfriend and I have literally designed our house from value village donations. Also, always tons of lululemon there! 10/10 a good thrift

Cool place to get some junk for less money. Sometimes you can buy the things you didn't think about.I like to watch the old electronics there. Will never buy it because no need in it but just cool. Prices not low. Sometimes you can buy new similar things on Amazon for the same or a bit higher price. So check before buying.Anyway worth visiting.Found this unique retro style keychain with Victoria on it.

This location has been out of their mind with pricing items recently. I went to the in-person till last week and the older lady who served me, without looking at what I had, said that all my items were priced wrong, and accused me of swapping tags. She took about 90% of what I wanted to buy away to reprice it with the manager, without asking if I was still interested. Prices went from $6 to $28, $10 to $20, $12 to $34???? I was told they always price items at half of retail" which seems ridiculous and false. I walked away without most of the items I wanted to buy

An amazingly amount of stuff to preuse... I'm a household junkie!Looking for area rugs the don't break my bank.Items are more expensive than Sally Anne and Beacon, and Value Village is a for-profit enterprise... I thought it was not.Still I donate and appreciate the staff at the Victoria store - nice people.30% off Tuesday for 60+ is impressive!

Set right downtown in one of the most beautiful cities in Canada with a huge stock, it’s hard to not pop in while in Victoria. It’s really placed in a convenient location. Also the back window has a really great view that over looks the docks.

Value Village is a great place to come and get clothing on a budget. Mind you, prices have gone up, but most if not all of it is still quite affordable. Most things you may need for your closet, jewlery box or the home can be found here! Anything from mattress sheets to side table lamps, or books to grad dresses! It's sectioned pretty well and organized fairly well. The main part is all clothes, then there's separate places for jewlery, books, authentic wear, kids toys, bed sheets, fabrics, curtains, lighting, knick knacks and more! Also if you donate (there is a bin usually at the front of the store) you get a 20% off coupon! Lovely little surprise that was, when I went there just days ago and helped donate!

Not the worst thrift store in town but is over priced and things are so randomly priced. One thing will be $2 and the same item in the same condition will be $5? So strange.Would be great to have change rooms back. So often I try something overtop my clothes but it’s not the same.

I really like the size of the store and the staff are friendly and helpful. As a person who has trouble standing for lengths of time, sure be nice to have seats to rest for a bit. I'd spend more time & money here if that were the case.

None of the items are washed before they are put up on display and this is something that I really need to emphasize because a lot of items are straight up... Soiled. There are no change rooms any more, a lack of mirrors for trying things on, and the organization of the entire store is more of a wish and a prayer than a system. That being said, I love coming here to look at all the stuff and always manage to find something excellent

Always have a great selection. I don't know what it is about this particular location. I do not even live in Victoria but every time I come to visit friends, this value village is the reason I have to check another bag on the flight home. Would give it 6 stars if I could
