Terrible service. I spent 15 minutes and kept requesting for getting access to the car wash, which is already purchased and didn’t give vacuum service which is already purchased.. and what happened while the wash is attaching

Petro-Canada app is out for like 2 days. I have a season membership. They guy at customer service could have given me a car wash but instead asked for card number i don’t have physical card.Worst customer service ever

Customer service is a joke at this place, not helpful at all. Extremely wrong decision to get Auto Car wash at this place. The employee working has a responsibility to explain or ask if anyone is going for the first time or they hv been to car wash before. Never gonna visit this station even for filing up gas.

Worst customer service sell expired items when you return they won’t take it back will ask you to talk to manger while neither he will give his number or call him.Gas pump are not accurate used regular 87 but they charged for 89 will tell you system error.
