if you're ordering five piece tender expect to get 4 1/2 tenders, and a half one would be a old tender as well.....that smell bad , full of grease and made me sick

We often drive through at this location. Staff are friendly and the food is great! We appreciate the chicken pieces are a good size here compared to another competitor where the chicken size has shrunk over the years. Keep up the good work. Shut out to Dil Naaz!

What a great experience... The food is fantastic as well as the service. First time eating Popeye's and I'm hooked. Ordered the mild 4 pc with fries and coleslaw. The chicken was so tender, juicy and crunchy. The fries had some fantastic spices that tasted great and didn't hurt my stomach. The coleslaw is creamy and crunchy, my kind of coleslaw. Thank you for making my first experience a good one, I'll be coming back again soon and I'm bringing the family.

I hate to be someone who complains but it would take a lot to get me to do so. This is one of the worst location I have been so far. Normally this chain is good. There was an Indian lady server there that day. I mentioned her few times that what ever chicken is fresh to gave me, she said ok. Or else I would choose something else, but when I got my order the chicken was soggy and felt like it was old and kept in for a long time. Chicken pieces here is very tiny compare to other location. Staff seem like they don’t care about the service and food. Really disappointed. Not recommended at all, there was another Popeyes in downtown Barrie which is much much better that this location. I would not even give 1 ⭐️

My husband and I went in for lunch with our 4 month old..my husband went to change our baby's diaper but in both the men's and handicap washroom there was no change station/table for him to use. He ended up having to lay his sweater down and changing the baby on the floor! This is absolutely not okay.

I ordered a Popcorn shrimp and watched employee throw basket around loosing several pieces on hand washing counter. She casually proceeded to pick up and put back into my finished product....Refund please. Was given a hard time about refund.

Best Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich I've ever had. Was fresh and delicious. Nice slab of chicken, bun held up well, and had hot spice to it. Will be back again real soon!!

Usually the food is great. But here’s why the 1-star rating. Apparently the owner is asking staff to solicit reviews at the drive-through. I was asked to input a review while I waited for my sandwich. This puts me on the spot. If I agree, I give a disingenuous review cause I haven’t even gotten my food yet. If I decline, I could be perceived as rude to the people who are handling my food, which makes me very uncomfortable. Just provide good service, don’t try to farm high-pressure reviews on the spot while I’m forced to wait for my food, and you’ll be just fine.

I ordered chicken tenders and they looked like chicken nuggets. There was hardly any batter on them and whatever batter was on it would fall off.

A very good option to eat halal chicken fry. I also like their poutine. Prices are reasonably good. But I feel drinks are mixed with water. Coke, Diet Coke & Fanta does not taste good.
