Customer service was good. The two women working were professional, and friendly, and I’m overall happy with my dip manicure. Seems good quality and that it’ll last a while. I originally went looking for a design with stones, their selection of stones aren’t very elegant, kind of juvenile. A lot of plastic sequins, reminded me on stick on earrings. But generally a good experience if your looking for your everyday quality manicure/pedicure experience.

Absolutely phenomenal! I will definitely be going back! Originally went because an acrylic from a salon back in CT had popped off and I needed a fill. Come to find out the CT salon had actually done a pretty bad job (other nails were lifting/not sealed properly). The girls here fixed my nails and Megan did a PERFECT job filling and filing them to my signature extra sharp stiletto point. Also added in a gel polish! Fantastic price and the best service I've had at any salon. Will always go here as long as I live in MA!Update; 3 weeks later, still no chips, no breaks, still kept the stiletto shape very well. I'm highly impressed!! Best salon out of every one I've been to across 3 states!! Can't recommend Crystal Nails enough!!!

Im quite new to the acrylic world. I got my very first acrylics installed at another salon and I was not too happy with them. When I came to Crystal Nails, I instantly new I would be taken care of. Megan took her time reshaping and mending my broken nail while also keeping me in mind every step of they way. She always checked in with me; asking me if I liked the shape, and telling me what she was doing next and why. I Felt PAMPERED! definitely going back

The absolute best place in town. I had Sara and she did a mani Pedi and was so thorough with my pedicure. I had no idea how bad my toes had gotten until she fixed them and my feet feel monumentally better. I also asked for a lip and eyebrow wax. She did my whole face. My makeup glided on. You can't beat the quality for the price.

Seriously THE BEST manicure I have EVER had. Wide range of colors, clean salon, and awesome attention to detail. Sarah did my manicure and pedicure and was very accommodating and professional. Also it is the most affordable in town. I absolutely love my nails and am so surprised it was so affordable. Definitely give this place a try.

Clean space. Good service and fair pricing. The employees are very nice and helpful. I recommend making an appointment in advance because they are pretty busy.
