Initially I contacted another company where I left my call back information. Second call was to Northwest Fireplace Services (5 Star on reviews) where the phone was immediately answered and appointment was scheduled. Morgan the owner, knows his business! He had a nice set up, he brought his own supplies for cleaning, tarps, vacuum, tools also had parts for repairs! Very comforting to have a knowledgeable, thoughtful company with no mess left behind. He's our fireplace to go guy! P.S. The first company called back three days later.

This company is awesome! I'm in the service business and understand what excellent customer service is. Obviously Northwest Fireplace Services does too. From the first phone call (Danielle) communicated very well and was on point with everything. I didn't meet the tech personally but received great comments from those who were home. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Jody is amazing! He was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know about our gas fireplace. He didn't gouge us with pricing and was completely honest and up front about the product. And what's even better, is he's just a really nice guy with a great attitude!
