Oliver Professional Dog and Cat Grooming Spa

Oliver is very easy to talk to, kind and very polite. He did a great job grooming our cat Tiger.

Contact was easy and location is nice and open.Took care of my Takubelle and made her look clean and smelt good. But the other cat doesn't recognize her cause the smell change.Definitely less hair around the house now. And I'm sure she'll feel cooler without all that hair.She didn't seem so stressed out too which is nice. And pricing was good.Now for the other one....who's a bit spicier.

Oliver is , my boy ralphy is so happy after he comes home from getting a lion cut! Oliver is friendly and he's affordable and understanding as well!

I used Oliver a few times, initially it was great but the last time we had a bloody paw from the nail clipping. It can happen I guess,…. A terrible storm hit where the city was almost closed and we missed our grooming appointment. We did however inform Oliver and he felt that it was not acceptable; therefore a $35 fee will be applied to both dogs for a total of $70!! I didn’t rebook and he has lost out only $120 quarterly. Or $500 a year from one guy.I have only experienced this at a dentist, but due to the weather we were unable. I don’t feel this is appropriate, but that is my opinion. I would not recommend Oliver.

What an amazing experience. My fiancée was really nervous leaving our dog somewhere for grooming/haircut. After reading reviews I decided to trust going to Oliver which was the best decision I made. Super friendly! Amazing with our little dog! Amazing skill and attention to detail. Definitely going back! Thank You Oliver.

We brought our 1 1/2 year old palmeranian to Oliver for his first grooming and he looks wonderful. His hair trimmed and cut short where in needed to be, his nails were done he was shampooed and smelled wonderful. I think our dog loves the spa! Thank you Oliver

I think I found a new groomer!! Google should have more than 5 stars as Oliver definitely deserves more. I have a Morkie and sometimes the up keep can be overwhelming at times. Oliver was kind, patient and did a fantastic job. Not only am I happy but I'm pretty sure my Morkie feels much better too.Thank you Oliver and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I’ve been bringing my two super fluffy ragdoll cats to Oliver for the past few years and he’s always been so good them! Our one female cat doesn’t let anyone touch her; to this day, I’m still not sure how Oliver handles our female cat! He’s so good at what he does!We’ve gone to Oliver for lion cuts on our cats and simple nail clippings since they’re impossible to clip the cats nails at home!

Not impressed. The groom was good but service was terrible. Showed up early but didn’t answer the door, text or calls. He said his phone might be on silent which is strange coz he managed to reply to my text before I left the house. Someone else was waiting for the same schedule in the driveway (also a new customer). She left after 10 minutes and I left 5 minutes after her. Oliver finally called me on my way home. Went back, figured I’ll give him another chance. Said all lies, he didn’t hear the text or calls or doorbell (even though his dogs were barking inside the house). Not very welcoming with a new customer. Went back after over 3 hrs, rang the doorbell again, no answer, he opened the garage door, I went in but couldn’t find him so made my way to the back. Knocked on the door and after a few seconds I tried opening the door coz I assumed it’s ok. He opened it as I was opening it and looked annoyed. Didn’t offer for me to come in just passed me Heidi and walked me out. Told me next time I could wait in the car. There will be no next time for sure! This is not the way you conduct a business!
