As the seller of a house inspected by admiral homes, I found scott to be unprofessional and irresponsible. Scott inspected our house and found an issue with one of his moisture gauges and the seller backed out. We were shocked to hear his machine read 100% moister in a corner where we have never had moister or water issues and the exterior is water proofed. We found a couple other issues that I had corrected before we put on the market again. To our dismay, the new buyer selected admiral homes. Before scott came back to inspect, he sent the new buyer a copy of the previous report! The new buyer backed out. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional it was to send a report with a half a million dollar sale on the line. The least he could have done was a quick re-inspection, not only to see if I’ve addressed any issues but to also check the on the moisture issue he had previously reported. His clients lost out on a good home, and put us through a lot of stress. We had a third buyer come through *first non admiral inspection*. They purchased the house and sent a messaging thanking us for the beautiful home. Buyer beware. A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Scott completed an inspection on a property my daughter was about to purchase. His attention to detail and professionalism were very much appreciated. He identified specific structural issues that ultimately had an affect on purchasing the home. The cost to cure was too much and the sale did not occur. I’ve used and seen a lot of different home inspectors over the years. The guys at Admiral are absolutely the best in my opinion.
