Spoiled myself and my two daughters with a half-day of beauty! Such a great experience with Tracy and the team from setting up the appointment for us to our Saturday morning relaxing at the spa! Parking is awful but not because there aren’t spots, there are plenty. If you come here often you’ll end up getting ticketed by the town of Guelph even if you’re there for less then the 2 hour max due to a “complaint”, whatever that means. Expect to have to pay for a parking ticket if you’re here during their open hours. Not impressed and definitely won’t be coming back to any stores in this complex because of this.

Tracy gave me the most amazing facial! My skin looked and felt horrible after some time away in the sun. After Tracy had finished, my skin was soft and supple and rejuvenated! Thank you, Tracy!

If you’re looking for a clean, professional and calm environment for some “you time”, this is it. Haven Spa offers anything from manicures/pedicures to the most sought after facial treatments. Teeth whitening for those with sensitive teeth is also now available! To top it off, the pricing of services is very reasonable in comparison to other spas around here. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Highest points for cleanliness and customer service. Came in for the Pamper Me package. Tracy was able to book me in last-minute with Ellie, even staying open late for me. The pedicure was excellent. The massage and facial were just ok. I might try those again one day if I can book with Tracy, who has more experience. Ellie was super sweet, and did an excellent job on the pedicure. I appreciate that she stayed late to accommodate my schedule. Good prices, for 2 hours of treatment I can’t complain.

Best spa in Guelph! I moved here from Toronto over a year ago and spent my time finding my new local spa. I was thrilled when I stumbled upon Haven and have been going here ever since. Tracy is wonderful, the spa is clean and fresh, the prices are reasonable and the services provided are top notch. What more could you ask for?? They also have awesome packages and bundles. Looking forward to continued patronage at Haven!

I just finished a blissful few hours at Haven. I had the Age Summon facial and a massage. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the description of the steps during the facial was really informative. It’s a hidden gem in Guelph!

I loved my facial! Tracy helped me decide on the best type of facial for my skin type (mature, sensitive). She has a special touch with the low scented, luxurious feeling products and the whole place is bright, clean and welcoming!

Went to Haven Aesthetics for the first time to have a pamper me package for me and a friend for her birthday. Tracy and her team did a wonderful job on all fronts, the location is small and quiet which is perfect for relaxing, pedicure was lovely and professionally done. Will certainly be going again!
