Terrible branch experience guaranteed, every time. Complete incompetence and lack of customer care or respect for customers time from management to tellers. Expect lines and to spend 20-50 minutes here, have tellers be unable to complete simple transactions, and leave their posts prematurely. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible customer service, they don’t care about their clients. Applied my credit card application and told that it’s approved but after multiple follow up for more than 5 months, still waiting!!!! Very slow, I would recommend to start using other banks over RBC

I am in shock from this place. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude employees and horrendous manager. They never answer any calls, then you have to go to this branch, waste 30 minutes in line, at the end the issue you have is not being resolved. Extremely lazy, agressive people. The manager started screaming before I even said anything. don't go there!

Very BAD customer service.Mr. Casseeram never call me to my phone-meeting was schedule 2 weeks before and when I speak to him, he never confirm my email. I really was expecting more professional service from RBC.

I must admit, I’ve been there a few times to make deposits…. Dont show up with more than 5$ in loose change….even if they are counted.. they refuse it.. currency is currency right? And the service level is very slow

Terrible customer service! They didn't give me the right information, made me very confused and didn't help me solve the problems that I had. Besides, they had really bad attitudes and made me want to close my account right away! It's the worst branch that I've ever been to!
