One working woman’s toilet out of 5 stalls. No toilet paper and baby wipes on the floor for guest use- disgusting. Machines are not in English so uneasy to use. it was a fun time because of the people we were with- the venue not so much

Terrible experience. We were not informed that their debit machine was down and they expected us to pay 200 in cash at the end of the night. When we said we did not have enough cash, she proceeded to try and ask each of us how much cash we had on ourselves. Started whining when she was confronted about the cash issue and acted childish. This bartender/server was very rude, worst customer service I have ever seen, rolled her eyes at us and asked one of our guests if we were leaving soon, terrible attitude problem. The shots were not full that we ordered, and when we asked them to be filled, she said she didn’t have enough vodka. Offered us rotten limes to chase our shots with as well, disgusting. Both bathrooms were disgusting, no paper towel or toliet paper in either. One of the mics died as well. Will never be coming back here, worst customer service experience ever.

The private rooms make it so much more comfortable for karaoke if you're shy about singing in front of strangers. We had a great time.

A really fun place but make sure you know Chinese because it's hard to navigate the menu on the karaoke machine, and the staff sometimes don't know how to make certain drinks that are on the menu but overall it's a good ambience and you can have a lot of fun with your friends

Decent rooms and friendly staff but the music system is difficult to find songs on i.e. most options are in another language and there's a limited number of English songs. Washrooms are usually out of order.

New management was super friendly and accommodating, great atmosphere and song list. If you have never tried private room karaoke this place is super worth trying!

so me and my friends booked this place for 8PM and when we came they said that they couldn’t confirm our reservation. they were so rude when we asked about why we couldn’t still do the karaoke. they said all 5 rooms were fully booked yet all rooms were empty! they all looked at us and started speaking their language and rudely didn’t even attend to us. me and friends felt so belittled in this environment and they didn’t even give us the time of day. don’t go to this place if you’re black cause clearly you won’t be accepted as they will be rude and racist. i’m appalled by this behaviour and i hope that no one ever had to experience hate for the colour of their skin. the place needs fixing anyways.
