Real Canadian Superstore 120 Street

It says its opened 24 hrs on Monday. But it is not.

My family loves this superstore simply because the staff here are nicer and more friendly than any other grocery /big box store that I visit.. to the point that I pretty much do my grocery shopping ONLY here anymore these days. It makes that much of a difference to me, how one is treated by the staff of an establishment.This place gets major props from me for this factor alone.Plus, nothing else but good things to say about the rest of the store as well .!!

I've never had an issue in this store and I spent 15 years or so coming here every week or every other week. I'll have to come back and check it out. Most of the time I found it was a lot less busy and more roomy than other grocery stores. It was very nicely layed out and organized. Customer Service is always good here too.Pharmacy is Trash though.

Good location, lots of parking. Grocery items are well stocked and reasonably priced. The place has always been clean. This is our family's primary grocery store.

I don’t know what department she belongs to, but there is this indian girl “RAMAN” with thick black braid with some white strands in it who definitely needs to learn some basic etiquettes. There wasn’t a price tag on a certain item, upon asking for her help, she asked me to check it on price machines attached to pillar. I went all the way to the other corner of the store to check but both the machines weren’t working. I came back and told her. She said i should go to check out and check price there. Its a Sunday so there are big line ups. I said her I already have walked half the store to price machines and now I should go to the other side, wait for my turn at cash register to check the price? She “rolled her eyes” and said “not my department and not my problem”. I said that she works here, so she should help me, get someone with handheld price machine to just let me know the price. She simply walked away. I went behind her and asked her, why this attitude and she better not roll her eyes on me. She give me and my mum such pitiful smile. I wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. I told her I am going to tell the manager about her behaviour and she put her hand on hip, stood in a very attitude posture, looked me top to bottom, gave that insulting smile again and said go ahead. Then before I arrived customer service she ran to her manager. I told the manager my side of story and he offered me the product for free which I declined. I wasn’t there to get the product for free. This is not the Canada I have been living in. This is the first time I had an upsetting encounter with a customer service employee. Please leave this country if you don’t know how to behave in here. I use to come to this location twice a week but NEVER anymore. Maybe they don’t care loosing one customer but it was very much insulting for me.

My experience at this location has been always great staff is good everything is fresh and easy to find however I’ve stopped going here frequently as I used to few months ago I don’t know but I feel for some stuff prices are simply higher than other grocery stores idk if it’s only me or someone else has also experienced it but it’s just my personal opinion

Always seem to find the best value for my money here. Checkouts are smooth-flowing with accurate staffing levels to suit the demand. Friendly staff at the return desk, Efficient lay out and cleanliness. This is my go to for keeping fed, clean and happy. Use the PC Optimum card in the store and the PC Mastercard for all your shopping; you'll reap even more savings via the points redemption.

I have been going there since years for grocery, staff, cleanliness is great and stocks are arranged with so much organizing. Just some Indian aunties at self checkout are mean, and I mean very mean. Treating students like thieves, even though I am not a student anymore, I take pride in being one. So I think something needs to be done regarding this, as international students contribute billions to this country’s economy.

Always busy but the staff manage it well even when they are short staffed. Store always has great produce and food deals on nuts and seeds. And they don't shun or dismiss any kind of charity or kids fundraising outside. Thank you for being kind
